i have absolutly no cravings anymore, i dono how you BB's eat so fuckin much... im stuffed like 24/7 now... trying to eat as much protein stuff as possible, and every 2 or 3 hours i snack on a piece of meat or something... dam, i dunno how you do it!

I only get cravings when I'm cutting. Otherwise I'm stuffing my face :D

As for a snack, cottage cheese with fruit like peaches. Or just a good ol' protein shake w/ water; if it's good stuff, it should satisfy, and if it's cheap crap (like mine), you'll lose your appetite :)
 
toasted tomato sandwich
wheat thin crackers
low fat frozen dinners (lean cuisine)
rice krispies...theres like .2 grams of fat in a bowl
