a little bulker for late summer

By any chance did you take any weight or size measurements on day one if so can you please post them. If not can you go ahead and please do it now and post them up once a week til the end. Most impotantly arm and leg measurements. I'm curious to see what week that npp kicks in and changes you from david banner to the incredible hulk.

without knowin if his diet and training are on point the measurements and weight would be a waste of time

If the diet and training are not on point a cycle is a waste of time. Taking weight and measurement before during and after a cycle will eliminate doubt and guess work.

Arms just a cunts hair under 17 and my mid leg was 25 1/2 .I lowered my caleries to 3,500-4,000 and upped my protein to 300 grams.
 
I am definitely liking anadrol I was hearing all this hype about the sides. Well for me the only side is strength gain....

I haven't used anadrol yet. I'm honestly jealous right now. Glad to see you're liking it, I'll be watching your updates brother.
 
Man I gained 9 pounds in 8 days upped my anadrol to 100 mg a day and I have only gained 3 pounds sense. Week 4 day 3....strength is up and I sweat bullets at work. Another thing is I have never broke out bad but my shoulders have white heads on them every morning.

Use seabreeze on those after you pop um. It will dry them up close the pores and stop it from inching.

My danabol is kicked in and I will take dbol over drol. Vascular increase strength and pumps. I was benching and had to hit three reps and rack the bar for a couple seconds and continue because lower back pumps were cramping so bad.
 
The back pumps were from the drol or dbol? Hows that cycle coming along?

They both gave me back pumps just the drol was not as intense. When I pick up a metal stud at work I have to stretch it out after about ten or fifteen studs. Now I am working ten hour days again so I am going to shove my face with egg, black bean, rice avocado burrito every break and protein bars in between.

Peanut butter banana honey sunflowerseed sandwiches
Hard boiled eggs
Cottage cheese & avocado burritos
Raw crackers
Rice corn chicken burritos
Custom made trail mix
Fresh vegitable juice
