Advise needed. Getting over the weight wall

Hi Guys

I'm new here.

20 years of age, 6ft 1, 175lbs ( just short of 80kg ). Well and truly Ectomorph.

After a smothering relationship with a soul sucking banshee, I had lost a lot of weight through lack eating, depression and other "extra curricular activities".
Ended up being just under 125lbs at 6ft!

Long story short, I got rid of the woman and quit the drugs to try and get my shit together and gain some muscle for the first time in my life.
I started my mission with no gear just working out at home with dumbbells and an E-Z curl.
Needless to say I wasn't seeing much gain.
I decided to run a course and see what I get.

I ran a tri-test 400 course and saw some improvement. Ran a course of tren and got good results. Ran a course of tren and test e ( first time stacking ) and again, saw good gains.
Got myself to my 12 stone mark and that's when it stopped. Im now running a course ( let me know if I've been ripped off, i'm all ears ) of
1ml Zafa Testanon 250 on a Monday
2ml ProChemLab Nandrodec Decanoate 300 on a Thursday

10 weeks of that.

Im on week 4 and im still stuck in at 175lbs. I have not gained for about 2 weeks or more.
Looking bigger and leaner but no real weight gain.
Workout everyday for 1 - 2 hours after work.

Should I be concerned?

I tend to eat 2 130g tins of tuna with a tin of beans every day at a minimum just to get the protein in ( not a big eater and the deca isn't improving the appetite as much as expected ) and I do eat as much as physically possible in the evening.

So really guys I'm just looking for opinions on how to change it up a bit. Advise from guys who have had this problem before would be appreciated.

Ur young for aas but as you ve already jumped in with both balls

Try to keep your test higher than your deca..2-1 was best for me but at least 1-1 mate.

Tren is for seriously large or advanced bdblds bro...really. Please don t do that at 20 and 175 at 6 feet OK ?

No price talk...no exceptions. Savvy ? Make friends and handle your business in private, not in the open OK ?

Adjust your doses i m o and BE PATIENT young man...you can t go from a strung out 125 to 200 in a calender year. Your punishing your organs and your still very very young.

I don t have an opinion on your gear...it s name quality or price.

Time is what you need.

Im not experienced enough to comment on ur gear or cycle but the only thing i did wonder is if you are not increasing ur food intake with the right macros its gonna be hard to keep putting on mass. Very simply put the bigger u get the more u got to eat to keep bulking.
Have u tried browsing the diet forums here?

Understood, nice one.

I have decided not to run any more tren as I didn't feel healthy on it and I have read its not good for beginners so advice well taken there.

I struggle with my apetite in all honesty JTrain it is something I need to work on.

I will check out the Diet area. Im just hammering tuna and corned beef at the moment. Just grunting along getting as much protein as possible, not much thought in it really.

Any tips on getting hungry?

Teutonik another question mate...

I would try 2 - 1 sus/dec but feeling nervous about aromatizing.
Been warned not to take more than 1 but this was just a friendly warning.

is it safe to double the dose without anti Ests to hand?
 
Not really..

Food was alway s the hardest part for me...being raised in germany I was taught to eat until i m not hungry...not till I m fkn miserable which holds some sort satisfying goal in America...I can t go to a buffet here anymore for the fkn cattle pushing around the trough...

Weed helped me but I m not allowed to say that..

Potatoes, breads and pasta..

2 cans of tuna is only 60 grams of protein... u gotta get in 4x that amount of protein to even have a chance of putting on and maintaining any amount of muscle...

and if u truly are an ectomorph... u should be on a "see food diet", if u see it, eat it
 
only you will know your anti e needs and that comes with time and experience bud...deca has progesteron sides which have to be addressed from another angle.

post up a pic..that ll be worth a thousand words..
 
Agreed China, I do get on average 120g a day with different meals but I know I should be aiming for 200g protein and 3000 calories minimum, its just finding the time to prep meals between work and gym.

Will put a few pictures on tonight from the progress collection iv'e been hoarding.

The only time iv'e felt that brutal estrogen sting is when I finished the last test course. Couldn't be arsed scratching my balls never mind going to the gym it took me out of action for like 2 weeks.
Not wanting to feel like that again any time soon...
 
Diet is 80% of gains... 80%! You have revealed that your diet is inadequate.. training.. what is your training schedule? I know people that bust it out at the gym in 30-45 min as opposed to people walking around for 2 hrs. You mentioned an ez curl bar. That only makes me think that your only concern is big arms. That ain't gonna work. You say you don't have time to prep meals between work and gym. Your going to have to make time my friend. Your wasting a lot of time skipping important steps that need addressing. If you never water a plant, how do you expect it to grow? You need to get your diet and training in check otherwise your wasting all your time and money on going to the gym and gear...
 
Not so much bothered about having big arms but I do want them in proportion to my body.
In honestly I love chest and shoulders.
I am getting the point with diet though I need to sit down and figure out whats best.

Cheers for the advise, I didn't know it was 80%... does make gear seem superficial but I'll stick with it until I hit my Ideal size.
Out of interest tbonexl... any recommendations on quick easy carbs?

OP less money on cycle, more money on groceries. I felt like i had a tough time getting over 170 and we're the same height. However that was a year ago and now i'm around 195. But i haven't cycled either, i just realized i needed to eat until i felt like barfing every meal. you'll get used to the food intake and then be starving whenever you don't get it
 
Okay after reading all this I have started eating as much as I can without throwing up!
Also got an 8kg tub of oat gainer and ive been downing that a lot too. Double the dose on the tub though as its crappy stuff. Two scoops instead of one, three times a day with water ( lactose intolerant ). Eating loads of pasta too.
Noticed a bit more improvement,
Now on 180lbs

It really was all to do with the food. Going to keep up on the intake.
Getting harder to eat more though especially since I started working my abs more. Just seem to fill up quicker!
