After my bulking cycle how much time should i wait till i do my cutting cycle?

sorry i didn't make my self clear. My first cycle is going to be Sustanon (sust) for 12 weeks but i have all this deca and d-bol left over and I'm planing to use it for my second cycle.
My question is: whats good with deca and dbol? I just don't want to waste all that gear.

bro that gear will keep...just use the dbol for a kick start on your second cycle...save the deca for the third...Dont try to do to many compounds at once...simple is best. I know how it is when you just want to get jacked but patience is best bro trust me
 
do u guys drink alcohol / take drugs / party much?? lol just wondering cus ur not meant to be doing any of that if ur on steroids... which i find hard for most people to do, like wtf are u meant to with ur time?? especially if u dont have a girlfriend... just sit at home and play computer games every weekend or some shit ? lol

How often should i be doing Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during and after the cycle?
Question 2
What should be my calories and protein intake during the cycle?
Question 3
What should my cycle workout like?
Question 4
Should i go back to my regular workout routine after the cycle to keep my gains?

first cycle is test only bro...

and you should not cut after you bulk...the bulk cut bulk cut idea is retarded...3:1 in my opinion...bulk bulk bulk then cut. If you bulk and cut you are cutting the gains you just made from bulking...

and yes you need tons of research. This is your body bro and you only get one so dont just start throwin shit in it without knowing what it exactly is and what it exactly does.

this is very tru. everytime you cut you do loose some muscle mass whether your on juice or not

my weight with bulking has been 175lbs to 236lbs lol and i didnt even mess with aas until 190lbs. this was over a couple years of bulking. its soooo easy to bulk and gain mass while on aas. im currently cutting down to 219 as of now from 236 and have never loooked so good with my shirt off. take the time to really add some quality mass and size and when you hit the point of looking a little chunky its time to cut. i was looking a little crappy at 236 and am down to 219 over a period of like 8 weeks so its so slow and steady that will get u there whether your bulking or cutting

dudde you can still go out and have fun man, specially when your in shape, girls flock to you specially when they have been drinking..try it out. go out to a busy bar pr club with ur shit all jacked up in a tight shirt and bitches stare u down left and right. 1 in every 100 guys that go out and party are in shape...drinkin and drugs only fuck your gains over in the long run. so be carful what u do. im to the point now where i dont want to go out to clubs bc ill miss a meal hahahah fml
 
You really don't want to drink at all if you're using orals (u can fuck up your kidneys and liver) Moderate/occasional drinking (2-3 beers in a night every couple weeks) is ok, but not optimal, if you're just running test imho.

I'm getting my bt down to 14% before i start.

What do you think i should add to my cycles?
