All About SARMs :)

Lets say you work in a room that is usually only lit by red light and is kinda dark. Your main tasking is to stair at screens most of the time searching for very miniscule differences and to ID things that are already hard to ID with perfect vision even under the best conditions.

Would it be stupid to take S4? Would lowering the dosage to where vision is not effected be pointless if you wanted to use s4 to preserve what you got while doing clen+t3 ++? How about stacking the low dosage of s4 with a standard dosage of Osta (I already ordered and paid for the S4)?

Best thing you could hope for is to use a very low dosage and hope the sides dont kick in, and quit usage as soon as they started to. You could try it at 10-12mg, 2x/day and see if you get any good or bad effects that first week and go from there (since you've already bought it).
 
I am 43 hadn't worked out in 6 years, was recalled to the military and needed to get into shape FAST. I just came off a 30 day S4 cycle stacked with a low dosage Albut. over 60 days. ( started 30 days previous to S4 ). I've lost 30 lbs and added ~ 5 " to my chest/arm/forearm gross measure. Since this is military I needed to cut my leg muscle mass down in size to reduce blood usage but keep strength up.

I found with the S4 at 25mg before work out and 25mg before bed that I ended up with yellow vision by mid cycle It got to the point where i started to walk to the gym as driving was getting .. adventurous.. No other side effects were noticed.

Weight side I was doubling my weight using the classic pyramid system. At the end of my cycle i was doing more weight on my tricepts and close to my MAX weight on my chest as i had been when I was 23, recovery was overnight and joint issues were non existent, now that I'm off cycle i need to be aware of the fact that i cannot push as hard, and i've already given myself 'tennis elbow' from overloading my forearms 2 weeks ago.

It seems that the SARMS product is a better product for the older guys on the downward side of the strength/density curve then the upward side. I will be trying the Osta/S4 stack mentioned here next week as I won't be tasked for another month and I need all the help I can get to keep up with my younger team. Oh, I've also noticed how frackin' hard your muscle gets with this, I know I have some muscle memory from my life of lifting and exersize but this is giving my very very mature muscle quality out of the box. This is something that will give you the Sergio Olivia Tricepts in a decade or so less time.
 
I have a question Gamer, and this may be dumb but if someone looses fat so easy on Ostarine SARM why choose it over S4 in a cutting cycle?

I'm in the midst of my Osta/S4 stack now and i don't seem to be having the same results.

Osta 1ml (25mg) morning and 1/2ml (50g/ml) ~1/2 before work out.

Not getting the same kind of results I was seeing only 4 weeks earlier on my pure S4 cycle. Going to try a bump to 1ml before work out see what that does.

Density/maturity of muscle is awesome regardless..

Burly--- Great info!!!!!!!

LOW DOSAGE- S4: the fat burning quality is not effective under 50. You could try it, and be objective about your results, but I hate for someone to waste $ :( As for color and vision: My career depends on my ability to read colors well- it's a HUGE part of my job. That being said, on S4 I have not had the yellows yet BUT I just increased frequency due to half life. During my test run I had no yellows, just the adjustment issue coming inside. Everything will have some kind of side....

It's taken me a few days to figure it out but it tastes like the vapour from testors plastic model glue. Someone needs to smack sarms search upside the head and get him to put in some sort of flavour buffer, Rui's product tastes like 100 year old single malt n comparison.

Dood I just started and it probably tastes like gasoline. I've never tried gasoline but I'm sure it prob tastes like S4. Lol

Taste never bothered me. It's not "delicious", but it's not a big deal to me. Never tried RUI, but I can certainly vouch for the effectiveness of SS's product. Can you tell any difference in effectiveness between them?

Btw, the taste reminds me of Cheque Drops.

I found if you chew a minty gum first or swish Scope it really helps the RUI stuff.

Results: 4lbs gone my first week and I didnt' alter my already strict diet or add cardio. Really want to add Anavar (var), just can't find any :(

I'm assuming SARMs is not for a beginner like myself? Never taken a PH or steroid but i want to.. did some light reading on what SARMs is and im interested

As a beginner, you have a lot of other variables to address before you start putting anabolic compounds in your body.

Proper diet, including sufficient calories and protein to feed growth are imperitave. -- Food is the most anabolic substance known to man.

Training needs to be adjusted to create growth as well. If you know how to eat and train, you can go years before using any anabolic compounds because you will still be making gains.

I understand what you're telling me, at 23 i can still make natural gains until what age? I mean i haven't made any gains in a year and a half now and i've pretty much modified my training and diet, done a number of things but still nothing. But i agree on the food being the best
