All About SARMs :)

I understand what you're telling me, at 23 i can still make natural gains until what age? I mean i haven't made any gains in a year and a half now and i've pretty much modified my training and diet, done a number of things but still nothing. But i agree on the food being the best

Something isn't right. At your age you should have a lot of gains yet. I'm an ectomorph, and I still gained 70 lbs before I ever took my first anabolic compound.

Are you gaining any weight? If not, add 500 calories a day to your intake. Essentially, add another meal to what you already eat. Do that for 3 weeks and re-assess. If still not gaining, add another 500 calories. You've got to eat big to get big, my friend. It takes calories to build muscle, and to maintain muscle. And the more muscle you gain, the more calories it will take to keep it. If you can't learn how to gain weight naturally, you will never hold onto any gains from an anabolic product.

I know where your coming from, at 20 i could not get above 180lbs, i ate 6000 cal/day trained a 4on-1off, 3-1, split days.. nothing.. then i started to play semi pro ball and in 4 months i was above 200lbs and got up to 235lbs. by the end 12 months.

I would suggest you look at a few options to switch things up, try some Tacfit or better yet some Caveman training, I'm a HUGE fan of Caveman training since it's what we tend to use in the when deployed. Works your muscles very differently with a very different intensity. do a youtube for some vids from the sandbox of Marines doing cave man. It's a good time.

I've gained weight but i'm going for another goal at the moment, i did make good gains while bulking but being sensitive to carbs i packed on some weight being fat so to put it correctly i want to cut down properly so i can make more gains. Lower my bodyfat and start from there again but i've made alot of progress but i don't wanna keep bulking if i'm not going to see definition and vascularity. So my problem is cutting/diet and keeping the fat off when i bulk.

Thanks i wanna give it a try, it's a different approach using basics, but what about an approach to training for cutting, more like working on sculpting the body more and such? I read that you have to up sets and reps going heavy which helps more during a cutting phase i don't know if it's BS or not.

IF your looking for what I would call ' muscle maturity' , the rock hard 'farmers' muscle then do the Caveman not only does it build strength and endurance but it also builds the secondary and stabilizer muscles that you don't get in the gym, things like the Rhomboids and the SITS rotator cuff muscle groups. You'll be surprised after doing the cave man, a GOOD Caveman work out, for a 4-8 weeks how much your in gym bench will improve. IF your a fan of MMA then Sean Shirk is a huge proponent of the Cave man.. and that guy is a freaken fire plug.

train the same, but don't be messing around with any ego lifting (singles, doubles, etc)

Cutting will happen with your diet. You can add in cardio if you want to jack up your metabolic rate and burn a few calories rather than just restrict them all via diet.

What would you recommend for Pct for the S4?

OTC products would include D-aspartic acid and a benzoflavone/resveratrol product like Sustain Alpha.

Rx or research chems--Toremifene.

I think the OTC options would be fine for the S4, as it does suppress, but doesn't shut you down. It also does raise E2 levels a bit, so that benzoflavone/resveratrol product would help with this during post cycle therapy (pct).

Does anyone have any knowledge on sarms effect on the hairline?

Typically I run test with fina, duta, spiro, and nizoral and still experience hairloss in the hairline while on cycle and during post cycle therapy (pct). So far it has grown back slowly while off cycle.

Im looking for an anabolic edge without the hairloss, currently Im trying GHRP-6 but was going to consider a SARM too. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

SARMS stands for SELECTIVE androgen receptor modulator, so it is created to effect muscle and bone growth, while not effecting other parts of the body. I'd say Ostarine is the most successful in not having "bleed over" effects beyond bone and muscle growth. I would be extremely surprised if Ostarine effected your hairline in any way.

Anecdotally, I have not heard of one case of hairloss/shedding with S4 or Ostarine.

My levels were perfect 4 months ago and they haven't changed from a test 2 week back. SO I would have to say as an extrapolation on that data that it has no 'ill' effects on HDL/LDL levels. I don't know how it would effect someone with a genetic pre-determination to high Cholesterol.

Thanks Burlyman!

Been thinking about doing a cycle of s4 and its been so hard finding a straight answer anywhere!!

I've used osta and S4 from uniquemicals and they are legit. They also have the cheapest price around! I think they have a deal were if you buy Osta or two S4 you get $10 off.

Colbert, thanks for sharing. They are considerably cheaper and I was wondering if they were truly legit.
