Am I doing this wrong?

I get my workouts / meal plans from the Find a Plan feature on Some other website-

Right now I pretty much go in the gym, lets say its chest/tri day.

I pick 3 excercise for chest (flat bench, dbell incline, and flys for example). and then 3 more for triceps.

I usually go for about 8 reps, and then I have a buddy help me with 2-3 more (after I have failed).

This generally results in really awesome pain lol and thats what arnold said makes the difference between the champions / not champions.

I am on day #8 of clomid after my first test cycle

I have been dieting really good and I am trying to burn fat now (not even sure if now is a good time to burn the fat but I dont want it there I want to be shredded)

doing cardio 30-40 min almost every day etc..

Am I doing this right?

Should I be on a different type of workout plan?

Would really love to read your responses

Bro those are some pretty newb questions to be asking considering you've already completed a test cycle.

What are your stats? Age, weight, height, years lifting, etc?

You shouldn't be trying to burn fat during PCT (unless you want to lose any gains you made).

What are your training/fitness goals?

How much did you weight before the test cycle? And what were the specifics of the cycle? Test E? Test Cyp? 8,10,12 weeks?

Are you dosing 50 mgs clomid per day? Vets are going to also recommend Nolvadex during PCT.

Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20

Right now it is risky to try and cut fat since you're in PCT. Holding on to any gains you made should be priority, else the cycle was futile, you know?
 
I was 195

I was 195 at the beginning of the cycle, I was on for 12 weeks test enanthate 500 mg a week.

To be honest I tried to follow a good diet but I ate kinda bad a lot. Chicken cheese & rice at the mexican place a lot.. stuff like that. I got up to 225. I've lost 10-15 lbs in the last month but I haven't lost any strength seriously, if any maybe a little bit.

Now I am following a strict diet and planning my meals putting them in containers etc..
 
Surprised none of the vets have chimed in here. I'd recommend that you spend some quality time in the training and diet forums. There are great stickies in each of those that are very informative.

On cycle 'eating bad' isn't necessarily as bad as 'not eating enough'...but it sounds like you put on some serious weight - you need to keep eating through post cycle therapy (pct) though as your natural test production is making its return. You can figure out where your daily caloric intake should be by determining your TDEE - all of this is available in the thread 'Free Diet Advice from 3J' in the first post.

Also, you're too young, but since you've already started, the next best thing is making sure you do it right.

I didn't realize 22 was

I didn't realize 22 was to young, I thought 21 was when you could start. Anyhow I am not sure what TDEE means but on another site they have this "Your daily caloric intake" calculator and it says my daily cals is 2650...
I thought I had a pretty good idea what I was doing.
You guys are making me feel like im a fucking retard who is clueless lol...
Not that I am mad, I know that I need the advice and I appreciate it.

My thing bro is your training and diet especially should be spot on before a cycle should even be considered. Im curious on how much of that weight you keep.

Keep at it. Find a workout program that works for you and stick to it. Just know juice isnt the golden ticket. Only you can make those decisions just be careful you dont want to fuk up your natty t levels and be on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for life.
 
Pct training is different than when you're on cycle.
Right now your naturanl test is starting to produce again and it takes time if you have proper post cycle therapy (pct). After 30-45 min of training you testosterone starts to decline. So during post cycle therapy (pct) you don't want this. Your priority it to bring back your test asap to keep gains. Hit the gym hard for 40 min and DIP gl bro
