i have set a new low for injuring my lower back. I actually sneezed and threw my fucking back out today......lol it's funny to say but I really fucking did it. now I realize I'm carrying almost 250 at 6', but I wasn't even training for fuck sakes. 42 years old and falling apart as we speak....lol

some solace as I actually read Sammy Sosa did the same thing the year him and McGuire were juiced and jacking home runs...lol

my wife had to mow the lawn, it was awful......lol

I done the same thing....LOL. You had previous back problems? I slipped on a flight of stairs in my mid 20s and my back never recovered from that. Turning the wrong angle, bending down to scrub a rim, getting out bed would trigger a spasm and keep me out of commission for 5 days. Fuckin sux!

you hit it right on the nail man, benn training around an squat injury from about 20 years ago....lol the dumbest things usually get me. I was actually in a fucking dentist chair a couple years ago, and when they went to tip me back, the chair kind of jerked backwards. fuck,I could barely get up when they were done.....lol

don't feel bad man, i'm 24 and have a bad back. threw it out 3 times in 2 months. and those sneezes can get ya, if i'm in a wrong position when i sneeze it feels like i cracked a rib. actually i knew a lady who did break a rib by sneezing. it's always the dumbest shit.

lol one morning I was stretching so much that when I went back to normal position I think a nerve got pinched in between something in my back. I had to call sick for 2 days because I couldn't even move.

Lol! Damn I did the same shit a few years ago. Sneezed real good and bam! I was a fuckin cripple for about a week. Doc said I just had a strained lumbar. I called bs. I've thrown my back out bad 4 times already doing just little shit like lifting the lid on the trash can
