American Steroid Laws VS Canada & other countries that have legalized them.

I never understood why the US has been so strongly against steroids, even when I was part of the antis.
I live in Canada where we are a lot stricter when it comes to health products yet Steroid use is not illegal in Canada, you can possess it without fear of being arrested unless you have a higher than normal consumption level on you. The UK has also legalized it & you can get steroids prescribed by your doctor.

People are very naïve & believe all the stories they hear on the news or pretty much anybody will tell them. Alcohol & Tabaco kill more people on a daily basis. Hell food in the US kills more people on a minute basis in the US. I understand the argument about keeping the youth away from them as they are not ready for it. It is legal here & we do not have teenagers injecting or taking orals like an epidemic. I've been to many supplement stores like GNC... and they refuse to sell even Test boosters to teens, they would ask for their age prior to selling (I am sure some will lie lol)

What would it take to get the US to finally legalize or at least decriminalize Steroids?
Also what did you guys think of "Bigger, Stronger, Faster"

its politics , specially with sports. the US laws on aas are more due to politics and misinformation given by media. its not for the safety of people im sorry... and it piss me off..

I liked that movie, there is another good one on aas, if i remember it ill post it up here, saw it on youtube a couple yrs ago.

Thanks for the reply dude. BSF was the movie that made me want to start researching Steroids, being Canadian & a fan of Wrestling & Chris Benoit I thought the media was right. Look what that Roid-fueled monster did. Since then I see things in a different light. I am a very curious person & I can't wait to try my first cycle, it will be something mild but injectable, I don't want to mess with pills (contrary to my Humanofort post)
I was however surprised that Canada did not decide to tighten their grip on Steroids after the Chris Benoit scandal, that is what started to pique my curiosity about the safety of Steroids.

what do you mean you can get steroids prescribed in the UK? what so if i lived in the UK i can go to the doctor and ask him for some tren and deca and i'd get it?

I find it to be purely about maintaining a system of profit with out current sports systems we have in place. Think about how much money gets churned out thanks to mindless consumerism mixed with a zealous devotion to a specific set of colored stripes and a mascot.

Steroids are potentially the only thing that could "one up" current leagues.

politics and hypocracy of media. Sadly.... in my opinion everyone should be allowed to use what they want. Roids do not harm or affect other peoples lives, Roid rage has been too much exagerrated and publicized on media. no such thing exists scientifically. no research paper talks about harmful or long term affects of roids. on the other hand look at the most deadly compounds (alchol and cigarettes.) they are on top of list of causing the number of deaths.
Sorry for my messed up english bro :)
