Can you tell me, please, what is so "idiotic" on my advice? Will 10 mg of Anavar kill you? Such a dose is used by small children! (0.1 mg/kg body weight). Although this dose is very small, it should be entirely sufficient to compensate your endogenous testosterone (Well, I can't guarantee it, but it obviously works in me.) I tested it during the last summer, so it is not my fantastic invention.
Since I experience an immediate crash after every cycle (due to a nearly 100% testosterone suppression), I came to a logical conclusion that I can't stop taking steroids abruptly, when my endogenous tesosterone is not recuperated. Anti-estrogens can't help within such a short time, and I wanted to try something easier than injecting HcG, and something cheaper than using SARMs.
Hence I made this experiment: After the end of my 7-week Anavar cycle, I lowered the dose to 10 mg/day, and simultaneously I took anastrozole (1 mg/day). After 4 weeks, I stopped using oxandrolone, and I continued with anastrozole for additional 4 weeks.
I must emphasize that I observed no significant loss of strength during the whole time, and in fact, I further improved in bent-over rows and some other exercises. However, I must confess that after I stopped using anastrozole (after 8 weeks of this post cycle therapy (pct)), I started to observe some problems, so I ran it for additional 2 weeks. Then it was finally O.K. and my post cycle therapy (pct) ended.
Next time I must be more careful and I must measure my testosterone levels during post cycle therapy (pct). It may be a bit insidious, I know, because anti-estrogens may artifically elevate your endogenous testosterone, even when your testicles don't work properly yet. But this sort of post cycle therapy (pct) is very simple and should be very reliable, as for the maintenance of gains.
