Anavar cutting cycle advice

Hey everyone,
I'm looking into starting my first cycle of anavar. With low mg (5-10) max and a longer cycle (8-10 weeks). Although I have done some resurch I am still very new to this.

I am 21 y/o and have been training heavily for about 3 or more years now. I eat clean year around, sometimes much more strict than others.

Now to the point. I hold/ build muscle mass fairly easily for a female, but body fat is higher than I would like. I want a leaner harder look without gains in size. just to maintain what I have.
I have worked hard for what I have Achieved so far and willing to continue to do so! By no means am I looking for an easy way out! Just being realistic about being natural and competitive.
Any advice is welcome! Thanks
 
Hows your diet? Personally I think you'd see far better results hiring a good sports nutritionist like 3J than you would from a var cycle. Plus you learn a lot and get to keep on using it.

Type in the search bar "3j client progress" and check out the threads. The pictures don't lie, the man knows what he's doing ;) This is also especially true if you have your heart set on var, you will get far more out of your cycle with a proper coach on board.

Also, you should make sure you fully understand the risks in using AAS as a female. Google "virilization" from AAS and you'll see what I mean. Body hair, facial hair, deepening of the voice, etc.. All very real possibilities.

Post a modest pic and see 3y and or aerocice eat lift...awful young to tweak your " stuff" w such a limited knowledge--no offense
 
hi.. i agree with prince.. if youre having trouble cutting fat var isn't the answer.. your diet is..

can you give us some stats please?? whats your current weight, height, and bodyfat??

im 5.5" my body weight is 145 lbs and im at about 20% body fat as of right now

i have competed in a few small local competitions, doing well but lacking posing experience and confidence. i also do crossfit and Olympic lifting as well.
i try to stick with a lower carb, high protein diet ( when cutting cleaning it up more and measuring) but that probably needs some guidance.


I would love for you to work with me 3J on my nutrition

IMO drop the crossfit. They teach bad form and horrible movements.. More likely to cause yourself an injury than make any fat loss/lbm maintenance with it.

Stick with the Olympic lifting.. or better yet; proper weight training and include some Olympic lifts in your routine. That will work best for muscle maintenance on a cut.

Ummm bro OP is female lol. 20% bf for a female is roughly equivalent to 13% bodyfat in men.

A woman at 10% is stage ready... if that's even possible to hit for a woman lol. I think 11-12% is more likely the lower limit for females.

In that case. I ran var before for 10 weeks and loved it. Also ran test p and tren a with it. But the var was definitely good just pretty dam expensive to run it at 80ed for 10 weeks
