Thanks again everyone. I was really shocked by the complete transformation as well. I mean we see ourselves every day and you dont quite realize how dramatic it is. I was actually blown away when I looked at the pics. I still kind of cant believe its me. I am already stoked about how I will look after we bulk. I will try to do a good job of updating. I will say that the before pics were quite humbling tho because I never realized I looked quite like that either. So again, and I cant stress it enough if you are tired of spinning your wheels on diet get this man in your corner and commit to the process.

The bulk is underway! Still trying to wrap my mind around getting a little soft again but I fully trust 3j. We both know what the goal is so I have put it all in his hands once again to do what he does best. I really appreciate all the nice comments. It definitely makes it that much easier to move forward and never allow myself to stray from the end goal.
I unofficially started my bulk on FRI 12/5 but am following it to the letter starting 12/7. I still had a few pieces of chicken pre weighed and cooked from the cutter lol. I will say that I am already feeling stronger from the added calories. Might be a mind thing but definitely feel better. And some of the added new foods I can eat while bulking were a welcome addition to the diet. Ill keep everyone posted.
