I did cardio 5 days a week mostly on an empty stomach first thing in the AM. If I didn't make it in the AM it was done after I trained at night. Mainly low intensity keeping my heart rate in the desired range.

Joe, I agree 100%. Without the correct knowledge none of this is possible. I wish I went with him years ago. I have dieted down before but never looked as big and full as I do now. I actually added some size while cutting so I can only imagine how the bulk us going to work. I have been preaching his name to everyone lol.

3J just had me up my cardio to 4 days a week. Man, I love these picture sets, they are what gives me another boost to continue the work. It is a LOT of work, too...especially for someone like me who never worked out before.

Great job, man, great job! I look forward to see the after bulking pics!!
 
Thanks again guys. Seeing the final results really makes all the late nights doing meal prep, all the packing meals to take on the go and everything in general worth it. I had times where I actually pulled over on the side of the road to eat so I didnt miss my meal. Also ran to my car while we were out to grab a meal. I made the decision that I was not going to stray one bit from what was outlined on my plan. No missed meals, no changing meals because I didnt have time and no missed cardio or training sessions. I also have to give credit to my wife. Its not easy getting someone to understand that you cant go to dinner for 20 weeks because you are not going to cheat LOL. Anyone that is reading this that is with 3j now, keep up the hard work. Anyone considering him, strap in and lets take the ride all together. I ate what I felt like eating on FRI and SAT. Still trained and did my cardio. Today I am back on the diet. We are still putting together the bulker so a few more days on the cutting plan. I will keep you guys updated on how things are going for sure. I really wanted to make a log of the cutter but never got around to it.

he's right guys.. its really about what you put in.. what you put in is what you get out of the program..

having a coach like myself to guide you is great but it only sets the plan... you have to put the work in.. its like i give you the gas tank, but you have to fill it up and expend that energy..

i see too many people wasting their energy on a plan that doesn't work.. if you have the right plan the energy expended on it will show results.. bones is the perfect example of this..
 
Get ready bro, your gonna have some fun. There will be tough times but dont ever lose sight of the goal.
 
Damn!! I can't believe those side by sides are the same fella!! Every time I see 3J's clients before and after pics, it simply amazes. Don't know how else to say it..
 
when i try to drill in everyones head that diet is 80% of your goals.. i do it for results like this.. lol
