Another T3 question

I'm starting a cycle in three weeks and I want to cut some fat off at the beginning of the cycle. I'm just trying to get rid of about 8-10lbs.

test e 500mg ew w1-14
test p 150mg eod w1-4
dbol not sure how I want to dose it yet.

Current maintenance is at ~2800. Plan is to use low carbs and one carb up a week at about 2300 cals average. I'll be walking on an incline for 50 minutes every day which should burn about 500 calories. So I should be losing about 2 pounds a week. I'm hoping the t3 can get me to about 2.5lbs of fat loss a week or maybe a little more. Would this be doable without sacrificing too much muscle considering the above cycle? Assume I'll throw in the dbol.
 
Any way you can better the cardio so you don't have to use t3 and sacrifice muscle

I will consider it. How much weight can I lose a week and not lose muscle while on cycle ? I know everyone is different, but how about some general guidelines. If its only 2lbs a week then I won't bother with the t3. Didn't cut on my last cycle so I don't know what to expect. I'm about 200lbs 11% bf

That's one spot I'm not good on... I had problems just like you of still wanting to cut fat off but still eat gain to gain size. Contact 3j he is the resident dietician and he's smart always can offer great opinions
 
You can run t3 at 12.5mcg with hardly any muscle loss, I have done that several times without sacrificing lean body mass. I think people mistake losing mass (fat) for mass (muscle).

You shouldnt lose much muscle, especially if you are running an anabolic with it.

But you should run a post cycle therapy (pct). I use T3-PCT

Thanks for the advice guys (and girl). One last question: How much fat can a guy lose on cycle in a week without losing any/much muscle considering the above cycle? I don't want to mess with this shit if I can't lose over 2lbs a week.

Think I should be worried about muscle loss if I was to step the T3 to 50 mcg ed, along with clen on / off every other week, without running an anabolic? I can handle some minor losses.. I gain easy.

From what I've read, anything over 25mcg a day off cycle and you're gambling. Throwing clen in there guarantees muscle loss if you're eating under maintenance. If you want to run t3 at 50mcg I'd pick up an something mild like hrol minimum. I'd personally go for a sdrol clone if you don't have access to gear. They're easy to come by and its the strongest designer steroid on the market = lose less muscle. You can only run it for 3-4 weeks though where as hdrol can be ran up to 6. Your call.

This of course assumes you're of age, have run ph's/ds/gear before, have diet lined up correctly and you're routine isn't garbage.

Honestly hard to tell at least a couple pounds a week if cardiois adequate..... fuck it just blast the cardio and try to lose as much as you can

Going to wait a week after I start the prop and really hit it hard. I'm going to try and lose 2.5lbs a week for three weeks. That will put me under 9% which would be lovely. Cals only 250 below maintenance so I don't lose too much strength as I'll be doing two hours of walking a day (1000 cals total).
 
Since I've been on clen/T3 the sides have been minimal - I've kept dosages at 50mcg of T3 & 100mcg of clen. Cardio first thing in the morning for 30 min. Weights after work, about 530. Eatting basically chicken, carrots, and rice... and the fat is melting off. I'm down atleast a few pounds this week.. (only on day 5) Feel tighter, and the wife even says i'm looking trimmer. Havn't noticed any muscle loss (yet) I'm still lifting last week's weight.

I was pressing 110's with seated military last week, did it again yesterday.. so no losses yet, although some losses are inevitable.

You should keep a long online somewhere. I have t3 on the way and I'd like to have someone to compare my cycle to so that if I'm making mistakes I can correct them or if you make mistakes then I won't make the same ones ;).

I lost strength in my lifts for sure. I did the T3 / Clen without an anabolic, poor decision. I found my reps are what suffered the most, felt like it killed the inner crazieness of the set. I never went past 50mcg a day and still lost muscle, I tapered down and off right away. I'm doing straight clen now, much better.
