Antibiotics On Cycle

Hello everyone, 4 weeks in Test E/Oral Turinabol cycle. I had recently developed a bad cold and got prescribed Biaxin XL 500mg 2x daily (Clarithromycin) and cough medicine Coactifed syrup. Is this ok to take on cycle? More worried how this will interact with Oral turinabol. Advice needed.
