Anyone ever feel light headed or nearly faint after leg day?

I had the strangest experience yesterday. It was leg day. Leg Presses, Leg Extensions, then squats, calve raises and leg curls . I was tired and the workout was hard but it didn't feel any harder than usual.

On the way home, I felt a little nauseated and my vision got blurry (actually everything turned gray but I could still see, just not very well).

When I got home I layed down for about 5 minutes and felt fine.

I always feel exhausted after working my legs. I've also thrown up after working legs but this was a first.

Any comments are welcomed.

thanks

Breathe deeper during the workout.

Did you think to check your blood pressure, because with an experience like that, you could have an issue with it. Also, if you have access, might wanna have doc check out your cardiovascular system health.

I had my bp checked about a month ago and it was 126 over 84.

I rest very litte between sets.

I've been having ekg and stress tests once a year due to my advanced age -42 :)

Having said that heart disease does run in my family.

There's nothing wrong with feeling light headed after training. I thought everyone felt that way. IMO, that's how you're supposed to feel if you're really pushing it.
