Anyone here get a pardon?

Has anyone on this board from canada ever gotten a pardon? I'm looking into applying for one so I can enter the states again but it seems like they make things so goddamn difficult if not impossible to do so. Just wondering if anyone has had experience with something like this before

Well fastest way would be nice, from what I've read there is a waiting period after each charge has been delt with? A couple years time for each charge before you are able to apply? I also read that you can only have a certain amount of summary and indictable offences before you are not even considered for a pardon, if so that really leaves me shit out of luck

fastest is up to a year costs few hundred..
I don't think it matters how many charges, but has to be dealt with..including fines and probation and minimum like 3 years i think after the fact.

There's services that specialize in this..phone one, they have all the info you need!

fyi...don't try and go thru customs until you have a pardon..or if you get rejected, they keep that rejection on file even after you got a pardon

911 pretty much spoiled it for everyone. I have a friends who have been waiting 20 years then 911 happens and he can't come back with out $500k to buy a house here.

lol I don't think there's too many people that look like me I got shit all over my neck, I'm not sure what you need to show when you cross the boarder I havn't been able to since I was 18 so my memory is a bit vague, I'll try to go the legit route first and if all else fails I'll just handle business in another manner but my preference is to not be illigal lol

they wont let me in canada, lol serious it sucked we where in alaska workin decided to drive through to lower 48 and I got turned down had to catch ride and fly down to lower 48 eh

My dad has been pardoned. He got in a bar fight when he was 20 years old and it gave him an assault charge (a one on one fight, what a joke). Anyhow, he FINALLY got his nexus.

My buddy threw a guy threw a window @ a bar in Vancouver, when he lived there. IIRC the Judge gave him 48 hours or a week to leave/move out of the country back to the states. .

If you do not yet qualify for a Pardon you can look into a US Travel Waiver. That route is granted by the US Department of Homeland Security and lasts a variable term of up to 5 years I believe, although your first one may be shorter. Wait time for that will likely be at least a year, plus you have to get a copy of your criminal record backed by fingerprinting from the RCMP. From personal experience that will take about 4 months to come in the mail.

Just go for a pardon..that way your shit is sealed. A waiver is a waste of time, you can still get rejected..the rejection wont look good at all......so apply sit and wait and be a good little boy. @ landscape if i went to the u.s and kicked the shit outta somebody id be forced to come back here too.
