Anyone know whats up with IMT???

#1 If we handed out prescriptions people would fax them to multiple pharmacies and our doctors would be on the hook for that.

#2 That's just not our model.

We are a concierge testosterone replacement therapy clinic. Every clinic like ours does it just like we do.

Besides why would you want to go somewhere and pick it up when it can just come to your door? Also what if someone is in an area where there are no pharmacies within a short drive that has what they need?

Our model works great, it always has and that's why we have great reviews. Its like 5 days we are out of the office and people act like the world is going to end. We are as accommodating as anyone in the business and unlike new guys here that don't have a clue whats going on even though we have told them 5x their stuff is on the way they still call us EVERY SINGLE DAY and start threads creating unnecessary drama that costs us business.

I am seriously at the point where those people will just not be allowed to be a client with us, and when they come to the board and complain about the other clinics (like they always do because we hear about it everyday) we will not be able to accept them as clients.

I am really disappointed to be honest and we have too many great clients that talk great about us to let a few give us a bad rep.

Our customers always tell us they cant believe how fast we got back to them, I came to this thread and CLEARLY said the pharmacy has been slow and they will get their stuff asap. Yet some have still came back to this thread and said things like "Todd doesn't answer the phone" when I clearly posted 2 days ago that I was in Hawaii and would be back soon.

I will post this one more time, ANYONE who is upset and would like a refund simply write info@increasemyt.com and type in the subject line "I would Like a refund" and I will make sure its gets processed right away.

Coming here daily and throwing a fit like a child doesn't do anything positive whatsoever. If it keeps happening you wont have to ask for a refund it will be issued automatically.

To top that off if you think its easy to just "go get a script" by all means go for it.

I honestly don't want to go through the hassle of getting a refund etc. you guys obviously have a good rep on this board.

You have to admit that for the people who just signed up, send their payment, but get no real receipt or confirmation, or shipping info (I was actually told I would get shipping info, but not when) it can be a little nerve wracking. I mean I've never gone through an online Doctor for anything much less something that many consider taboo and others use for illegal purposes. So maybe I freaked out a little bit. It would be pretty easy for you guys to simply let new customers know you won't be available for a few days as well.
 
I completely understand and we are very sorry about the inconvenience and I can sure you it won't happen anymore. I would have let everyone know but I always work when I'm out of town and had every intention of doing so. Since Hawaii is 5 hours behind our normal working hours my intention was to work in the morning.

Then when my bag was lost for 2 days I had thought by Thursday I would have it but it still did not come and my computer was in there so that messed up those plans.

So it was one thing after another. I am actually stuck at LAX right now because something happened to the plane I was suppose to catch last night and I had to stay here over night. So it's literally been one thing after another.

It's not always what we say it's how we say it, we don't mind people posting threads to talk about IMT we actually appreciate it. Just remember when your posting please what it's like for someone new looking at the thread and we just can't afford things that cost us business, we would rather lose 2 clients than miss an opportunity at 20 new clients. People are viewing these threads all the time they get tons of hits.

Like I said I do understand the frustration though and I can guarantee anyone who is still waiting, most already recieved their package, it will leave the pharmacy Monday so you will have it any day.

To top that off as I mentioned we are going to offer 10% off for the entire month of February for new clients and 10% off for those that had to wait an extra week to get their stuff.

I hope this makes up for the inconvenience and we really appreciate everyone's patience.

It was my best friends wedding so I had no choice but to go.

Also just note we never know when stuff is going to leave the pharmacy until it actually leaves, once we process and send the script over we are in the dark just like everyone else until it actually ships. We can follow and remind them we are waiting for it to ship, but there is no way for us to get a timeline to "plan around the tracking number"

We literally get the tracking the night after it shipped that day and the next day it is there. Remeber these are schedule 3 controlled substances we are dealing with.
 
I was told I'd have tracking number first part of last week. Never happened. Also by the unavailability of the tracking number so a customer can plan around it to be sure they are available to receive the package makes no sense to me. No offense, just my opinion and the reason I opted for a refund so I can move on..
 
We think it's best you do, your request was just put in actually your not even on week 2 like the others.

btw, random q but if anyone can answer it would be nice... how long until one should expect test cyp to "kick in"? i know the half life is like 5-7 days or so, but idk how that correlates with time until efficacy, if at all.

I don't think he was crying. I think he just expressed that as a customer he expected better communication about time frames. That is his prerogative as the customer. He chose to take his business elsewhere which is the way the free market is designed to work. But he didn't come across as crying too me nor did he stoop to name calling. Let's try to be respectful to fellow members here please.
 
Uhm no he was crying and acting like a total newb. IMT is very clear about "arrival times".

So I'm not buying the excuses and it was totally disrespectful of him.

Can you please quote the part where Brianbgboy was crying? Perhaps I missed it?

And if I recall correctly, his complaint was about communication -- not arrival times.

Megaton I wouldn't expect you to understand because you have never worked in the TRT field so how would you have a clue about this situation?

That's right you wouldn't. I'm sorry but when someone places a request with Todd it's not his job to communicate EVERY SINGLE DAY once the request has been placed.

Everyone knows it usually takes 3-5 business days and sometimes 7-10.

Coming to this thread and posting everyday wtf is up with IMT is not cool, whether you understand that or not.

Very few clients have EVER handled something this way. Plus Todd stopped by in the thread Wed and assured everyone PLAINLY why there was a lack of communication.

Gigem46 handled it great.

PS I don't think Todd cares if he "takes his money elsewhere" this is about throwing a tantrum in a public thread when he didn't get his stuff in the estimated timeframe.

PS as IMT has said 100x they cannot give exact dates, that's not the way this works, that's not the way any of this works
 
I might not know anything about operating an online TRT service but I DO know something about running a business in general...

You do NOT, no matter how bad the review, call any customers a "douche" and expect to walk away with no negative implications towards your business - especially when its on a PUBLIC platform where everyone can see.

I thought this was common sense but apparently not.
 
At this point after the way he acted I don't really care, I don't work for IMT so I can say whatever I want.

I don't think IMT should have to put up with it and I certainly don't appreciate how others are jumping on the band wagon either, Todd shouldn't have to explain himself over and over again. The client said he emailed IMT requesting a refund and I'm sure IMT got right back with him assuring the refund would take place, but of course he had to come back to this thread and grind his thumb on them EVEN MORE.

So I don't really care for your input on the situation OR megatrons.

If you have a problem with it take it up with admin.

It hasn't even been a week yet, seriously totally unecessary. I have been around this forum longer than all of you, and this is not how we treat our sponsors that help keep the lights on
