Anyone with tech knowledge have an idea on posting pics?

I was able to upload high res pics from my phone for a while and now for weeks I can't upload any pics ...I changed my resolution to the lowest possible and they won't work either.
I see some guys have been posting pics though...

When I try to upload it gives me "upload failed"

Any ideas?

All I see that you posted is it says attachment and when I click on your attachment it says invalid please contact admin
