Are these really as bad as people say?

Many people have said methyltestosterone 20mg tabs are the worst on the liver and come with the worst side effects, a lot worse than Anapolon 50........Is this really true as from what I can make out it is a pure form of oral Test?

I had bloodwork done immediately after a cycle that ran m1t for the last 4 weeks and my ast and alt levels were normal
