Athlete Cycle, need help

I am currently about to start an athlete cycle for not too much bulk, but more cutting and to gain around 10-15 pounds (hopefully more) strength gain. I need detection for drug testing to be under 1 month. I need suggestion and am open.
I have already decided to run bd Anavar (var) @20mg/day. Anyone with specific detailed help would be greatly appreciated
 
I would reccomend Test prop for your test, and by the sound of it this is your first cycle.. so run 6 weeks of test prop. and then after that u can stack a cycle if u want. hold off on var for a little.
 
My Favorite Cycle is Equipoise and Winstrol. I get good hard gains that I keep when I come off. You'll gain 14-18 lbs if you eat right. (About 4 meals a day, take in around 4k Cals a day, and atleast your body weight in Protien). (It may seam like a lot, but believe me, you'll be burning a lot so you need to eat a lot)
Run the Equipoise for 10 weeks. 200-400mg a week. On your 6th or 7th week of Equipoise, start Winstrol and take 50-75mg everyother day for 6 weeks.

I'm 5'11 195 and I play a College Sport and I love running that. I love it!
Equipoise is also a very mild steroid so this being your 1st cycle would be great to start with. Same with Winstrol as long as you use it right!

Yeah, the best athletes cycle to take... how long is it in your system though? 2 weeks?

I play college bball and am looking to bulk up during the offseason. Im 6'4" about a 195 lbs. I want to get up to about 210. Someone recommended I take Test-E at 500 mgs/ per week. Would that be a good for my first cycle or should i try something else?
