im 6-1 215 lbs. have a gut (not fat) would like to get back onto a cycle. would like to lose the gut, look fit, cut up, some muscle. dont want to get tremendous ,just looking nice. years ago did test and d-bol. not up to the new stuff if there is any. concerned with hair lose, was reading that one should take some finasteride to help reduce hair lose. work alot, can get into gym 3-4 days a week. workout suggestions , eating habit suggestions and gear cycles suggestions are appreciated .

First thing I'd suggest is to get back in the gym for some time before even considering a cycle.

i would run a test only cycle

12 weeks at 400 to 500 mgs a week

read up on post cycle therapy, get to know what you will need when you come off.

have anti e's on hand

jump into the training section and start asking questions bro

Yeh getting on a cycle isnt gonna fix your problems.Especially if you want to cut up...It is much more important to have a clean diet and an intense training program....
 
I would wait to get to at least 90% of your former natural size and strenght. This way you can surpass where you were, gear is not really a good idea for trying to get back to where you were IMO. That can be done easily naturally, use it to break plateus.
 
yeah, you should take advantage of "memory muscle"... it'll come back easier than getting it first...maybe get some more size and get your BF down with some good dieting/ cardio/ maybe some clen/ECA...then after a little hit up a cycle...good luck
oh, and stay here, by the time your gonna do the cycle you'll know more than you thought was there to learn...
