im 6-1 215 lbs. have a gut (not fat) would like to get back onto a cycle. would like to lose the gut, look fit, cut up, some muscle. dont want to get tremendous ,just looking nice. years ago did test and d-bol. not up to the new stuff if there is any. concerned with hair lose, was reading that one should take some finasteride to help reduce hair lose. work alot, can get into gym 3-4 days a week. workout suggestions , eating habit suggestions and gear cycles suggestions are appreciated .
