Starting Pics, will try to get legs up so I can track progress. The mirror wasn't low enough. I carry most of my fat around my lower back and stomach, If I had to guess Id say 13-15%bf

*Gym doesn't have a squat rack, which sucks. Dead, Squat, Bench, are kings of mass in my book, that being said I am a firm believer that with the right combination of other movements, especially legs, big strong legs can be achieved. I hate smith squats and the lack of movement as far as back/shoulder while squatting.
 
Day 4

Abs/Forearms

Good ab workout, beat the living hell out of my forearms. Walked passed the mirror and appear to be getting bloated already, so I stepped on the scale for shits and giggles. 4lbs of water, nice. First run with helladrol, completely different supp. already than I have used. Cant wait til it actually kicks in and see what kind of gains I can make

Abs/Forearms

Body is torn up today. Was going to bang out legs but decided I will tear them up tomorrow and did abs and forearms today. Pumps soooo nice, appetite is up, sweating a lot. Think its time to start moving some weight!

May be adding in SARMS for the next 10 weeks. Still trying to decide.
 
Day8

Legs

Basically same weights, more reps. Ive got a slight pain in my groin/hammy, I only feel it on certain movements but nothing crazy. Just need to make sure I don't load up the weight too much and pop anything
 
Day 9

Nothing great, seemed to have a little more endurance and was able to bang out more sets, no strength increase over natty though. That being said the same scale that had me at 183 to start, after 8 days had me at 191. I def. have some nice bloat going on, look fuller and more vascular, just no strength gains yet. Will most likely be adding in SARMS

Day 10

*absolutely crippling back pumps, ive never experienced this before. I had pumps all day so knew back day was going to be brutal but 2 sets in on deads I knew it was coming fast. Higher reps today, was going to rep 405 til failure but just couldn't continue and it wasn't due to strength the pumps were out of this world. Took me 10min to put the plates away. Stretched out, and banged out the rest of the session.

Legs

Did a lot of single let work, high rep etc. Mixed it all up. Felt strong.

Way too many people in the gym to do what I wanted and to really pound out a great workout, so somewhat disappointed. I usually get a little more aggressive when I'm on anything. Ive noticed it much quicker with this compound. I like it, but I do notice myself saying things I usually keep to myself, and getting irritated with stupidity that I usually just forget about.

Had to fight the urge to train tonight, did abs and cardio. Going to hit chest hard tomorrow before thanksgiving meal. Cant wait!

*akward movement because of twisting wrists to un-rack, also akward because the only way to do the floor press is to rest the weight on elbows because the safety clips are in the way. Worked up to 275 then it became too uncomfortable.

* Between the coffee, sugar etc. I literally didn't sleep a minute last night, I woke up yesterday at 9am and have been awake since then. Taking today off, im beyond exhausted and my body feels run down. Will hit it hard tomorrow

*Felt drained at the gym, I seem to feel stronger the longer I train, it may just be lethargy from the helladrol, not exactly sure. Started n2guard yesterday. Also Ordered SARMS for the end of cycle/PCT. n2bm will be sending me hcgenerate to log during PCT as well.

Had a damn good workout, all weights/reps were up, good pump. Sucks not having squat rack, it is what it is.

Weighed 193lbs, I believe that's 10lbs since the start. That's all well and good but I need the strength to come with it. So far I haven't been too impressed. We'll see if things get better
