Beastly Delt workout help?

Anyone have a source or a link or advice as to what they do to work out their deltoids? My delts are lagging... My traps grow ENORMOUSLY, and it kind of looks weird to me that I have nice traps but crappy delts. I want MONSTER LOOKING, SHOULDER PAD LOOKING, HULK LOOKING, BOWLING BALL LOOKING DELTS
I seperated my delts and traps on two separate workouts. But, whenever I start doing delts, i feel my traps taking over (like side lateral raises, front raises, etc). Anyone have any ideas?
 
If you aren't feeling like your shoulders are doing all of the work, maybe you're using too much weight and your traps are compensating. Try lowering the weight.

Don't forget overhead presses.
 
My Delt Routine
4 sets Dumbbell OHP
2 sets Side Lat Dumbbell Raise
2 sets Front Lat Dumbbell Raise
2 sets Bent Over Dumbbell Raise (For rear delts)
2 sets Face Pulls

Deffiantly hits your delts all over
 
Second the overhead/push/military press. You could try to really focus on isolating the delt with some one arm db raises.
 
try using a cable behind your back for side laterals with your arms as straight as possible. helped me!
