Hey guys this will be my first Epi cycle log over here. Currently sitting at 235Lbs 6'4" and looking to utilize this cycle to lean up slightly and add some lean mass!

-Training-
I will be using an Upper/Lower Body split with a Day on/Day off setup. Based on my experience from training setups ranging from super high volume set training to HIT/DC style training. Currently i'm using 3-4 Sets of 12-15 reps for upper body and 15-20 reps for lower body. As i sit here typing this my glutes/quads/hams/calves are sore as shit! I alternate exercises every session as well. Focus is more on compound movements with a few isolation.-Diet-
Alright so this part is not set in stone because i have no clue how my body is going to react to EPI but from past experience and my sensitivity to even natural test boosters such as DAA i will safely start at 4,000 calories and consume 350-400 grams of protein per day. Water intake will be 2+ Gallons per day.-Cycle Layout-
Chaparral Labs EPI (10mg)
20/30/40/50/*60* (Half a week of 60mg cause i will run out of caps or i may just pickup another bottle)
Dosages will be at least 6 hours apart. When i get to uneven dosages (Ex. 30 or 50) i will take a majority pre-workout with the remaining dosage 6 hours later.

Nolva - 20/20/10/10

Arimi-T - 2 caps/ED
Sovereign - 3 caps/ED Before Bed
DAA - 3g/ED
20/30/40/50/*60* (Half a week of 60mg cause i will run out of caps or i may just pickup another bottle)
