Test and tren

I figured i would make a cycle log to track all my progress

I'm in week 3 of test enanth
and week 2 of Trenbolone Acetate this is my fourth injection today of it

week 1-16 test enath 500mg/week
week 2-12 Trenbolone Acetate 300mg/wkk
week 12-16 winstrol 50mg ed

so far the side effected i've gotten is bad coughing, i was thinking about going to 50 mg ed of tren to hopefully help out with the coughing. Also I can't really sleep at night, after 6 hours it's to hard to sleep longer. I'm also a very very mellow person, so little things that people say are really pissing me off. I think it's b/c the lack of sleep.

Diet is simple
Pre work out
40 grams protein from egg whites, 1 1/2 cup oatmeal
post work out
60 grams protein coming from a shake
40 min later
1.5 chicken breast. carbs and salad and thats the same thing for 2-3 more meals
and last meal is salad with tuna/salmon or chicken breast
before bed 70 grams of protein

I understand but I think you should have at least a couple days a week where you aren't doing anything physical. No cardio no nothing. This is a true "recovery" day.

nice work out, gonna do cardio and shoulders tommorow
 
did a quick shoulder work out:
On hammer strength i'm getting alot stronger go up to 270 and did a few reps and went back down to 180 on my last set for 12 rep, finished it off with laterial raises and reverse pec dec. I hate doing shoulders alot

Good strong back work out i can tell the stuff is starting to kick in now and i love it. The weights felt pretty good, last time i did barbell rows i could barley do 275 and i could barley do lat pulldown with 220 after. So i'm a little impressed with how things are going so far. I wore my belt the whole time so i don't hurt my lower back. Arms tommorow . Also i'm running out of food, i got enough chicken for 4 more meals and enough eggs for 4 more breakfast and i get paid in 5 more days. EEK, next time i'm gonna get 10 dozen eggs and 2 boxes of chicken instead

Day off tommorow

This was the sunday work out, i think i strained my inner chest(sternum), from the preacher curls. I guess my chest was digging into the pad so much or it was b/c i was trying so hard to lift the 115 for a few more reps and i was contracting my chest so hard. But i'm gonna take 2 days off to let it heal.

I'm also starting to shoot my tren everyday at 50mg and i'll take sunday off so i can still get 300mg a week. I was doing it every mon, wed, sat so it would go with my shots of Test on wed sat. I did half cc in the chest and it was pretty easy, i'm pretty impressed. Didn't hurt at all and went in smooth. I have inch needles so i marked down 5/8 on a peice of paper and was eyeballing it. Should get 5/8 needle tips by wed or thursday
 
I switched my training program. Still at 301, but my arms look alot bigger and i feel like i'm getting more muscle. I been working 10-12 hour days at work now so i don't have alot of time to post. Still eating as much as possible up to 7 meals.

My strength is going up also, i can deadlift 500 again and i can squat 315 for reps

man be carful ur life isn't to busy your CNS needs to rest also, maybe get some melotonin in to help you sleep...all work no rest and your body won't be able to grow.

i drive a machine all day and i sleep really good, so i'm not werid about that. I sleep minimum 8 hours.

back is rather sore from the pulldowns and same with my triceps, friday off and go back sat, gym is closed sunday, monday and tuesday early so it's gonna be like a week before i work out almost

yah i like this program i'm usually not that sore after doing 13 sets for a muscle, but 1 set fucking just owns me. I see why DC is the IT work out for some pros
