so i've spent about the last 2 years being aimlessly pushed around the NHS with shoulder problems.
it now turns out my shoulders sit forward so i need to work on posture
i have a tendon impingement
and the "substance" of my tendon has changed
the consultant says that this usually doesn't occur until late 30's/40s in men (im 22) and has told me i need to stop going to the gym and lifting, im alright too go and just do cardio (lool)
i don't really know what i'm asking but this just seems a bit anti-gym (you know the kinds). i was just wondering if any body has had any of the above or knows what i'm talking about and for someone to basically tell me this isn't the end for me. its all got me rather depressed.
thanks
