Before & After photos from my cycle and STRICT diet for the past 4 months...

Nice work! And somehow the dieting has made you all tanned! Haha. Looking good bro, just keep doing what you're doing. You know what works.
 
Nice job, post a little about your diet and training method, any cardio etc..

Cardio on empty stomach every morning at 6:30 (30 minutes on stationary bike) and 200 sit ups.

Then I do circuit training every day in the PM.

Tri's, chest, shoulders one day
back , bi's the next
some legs here and there but not often
+ 100 more sit ups.

Then 2-3 times a week, I jog/walk 3.2 miles on the boardwalk.

I cut out drinking beer, eating mayo..

Usually cereal with blue berries in the am
lunch is a whole wheat hero turkey chesse and peppers

salad or chicken for dinner

i dont starve myself at all..

just do a shit load of cardio and drink all water

The thing I like the best is that you kept it simple. People get discouraged at some of the complicated diets out there. Your plan should have the KISS title attached to it !! Keep It Simple Stupid !!

Awesome work, you have the one thing that I have that is annoying as hell. That little bit of skin that comes off the pec to your armpit. I hate that thing been trying like hell bulking and cutting to finally fill it in

Thats the one thing I just cant get to go away.

I was 341 lbs 2 1/2 years ago so I cant complain , but now I want to do a competition..

30 more lbs to go and I may just try.
