I used to post here as MANOWAR, me and WINTER were youngins lifting big, all thanks to knowledge and encouragement we gained from ology. i'm here w a different username now but similar aspirations...

First time drug user. Extremely excited!!!
Drug as in steroid. I smoke a lot of weed, take plenty of caffeine n those are drugs haha but i mean steroids

My natural growth has stagnated. haven't gained any muscle after a year of working out, n2slin, heavy protein, all kinds of **** blehhh. I've also done EVERYTHING to lose fat, morning cardio for an hour on empty stomach heart rate at 130bpm, 2400 calorie diet under 3J which didn't work at all (not likely to be 3J's fault, everyone else he's worked w experiences great results - led me to believe that I have a thyroid problem and burning fat is just difficult for me - my entire family is overweight so it could be hereditary?)

SO - I'm 173lbs @ 26% body fat, or 25%, mid 20s body fat ....
21 years young, LBM is 131-133lbs. I'm 5'5", little guy, chubby, nice arms though when flexed, but not the kind of body I'd reveal without a shirt. massive chest fat, saggy, embarrassing. I will admit tho, I look damn good with clothes on!!!!
Goal = EXTREME FAT LOSS !!! I want to cut down ASAP, in the next 8 weeks I want to come down to 10% bodyfat. No interest in being under that as it's way too much work. BUT I also want to put on muscle. I know with a calorie deficit it is hard to maintain or put on muscle, which is why I'll be taking an oral anabolic recommended by Nathan Chase (and I trust what he says whole heartedly!!) -- katanadrol.

I spent 6 weeks on a 2400 calories diet, didn't lose anything, maybe 3lbs or so. my lifts did go up but my muscles feel the same size. fat loss can't notice a thing. So I'm cutting down to 2000 calories, 50%P 40F 10C.
I'm thinking,
workout days - 2200 cals, 50%P, 30%F, 20%C
rest days - 2000 cals, 50%P (250G) 40%F (90F) 10%C (50C)
Plan on doing cardio every morning, my workouts are short, 30-40 minutes including 10 mins stretching, usually 5 exercises, 3 compound and 2 isolation.

HERE'S MY CYCLE!!!

FOR FAT LOSS i'll be taking - eviscerate topical cream, alpha t2, n2burn, n2slin.
Steroid will be - katanadrol, hcgenerate, maybe powerchews, and n2guard.
PCT will be formastanzol, forged steel, attack, and bridge.
others - post workout waxy maize

WEEKS 1-4
-Eviscerate topical cream rubbed on belly (morning before cardio)
-1 cap need2slin (morning before cardio)
-2 caps n2burn (morning before cardio)
-250mg katanadrol (split throughout the day - for muscle building)
-HC Generate (5 caps a day split throughout the day, i'll take this when i take katanadrol)
-N2Guard
-power chews (or should i save for PCT??)

PCT
WEEKS 5-8
-eviscerate topical cream rubbed on belly (morning before cardio)
-1 cap need2slin (before morning cardio)
-2 caps n2burn (morning before cardio)
-forged steel 1cap am 1cap pm
-forma stanzol 5pumps am 5pumps pm
-powerchews (dosage unknown)
-Attack pre workout
-bridge (1 cap 3x/day)

WEEKS 9-12
-bridge



NATE recommended this to me. I know 250mg of Katana seems low from what i've reading but I trust in what he says. It's also my FIRST time doing roids. so excited for this

i do get random dizzy spells and lightheadedness. scared that all these stimulants may contribute? everyday about 2 hours after rubbing Eviscerate (i've been using it last 5 days) i feel dizziness, light headedness, giddiness, etc. for about an hour. difficult to tolerate, i PANIC. almost like a BAD high out of a bong or something. but i'm getting thru it.

will upload PICTURES tomorrow, and the DIET i've been having.
