Fat ass on Tren A/Prop....

Great log, some funny lines in there. Do you find keto is working for you? I've never done it but heard good things. You gonna keep a before and after pic? those are always fun.

I am on second week of keto so I really can't tell you yet on that but the science says it's good, I'll post weight daily and add in my BF % according to my hand held machine but it will jump around. Last week I was miserable on keto and over indulged the 30 hour carb reload and am holding plenty of water due to it plus I don't think I really hit ketosis. My energy was so low I didn't really do cardio and I half assed the gym but this week I am going to push through and see if it works better. Still miss the carbs and can feel it especially later in the day. Keto and I aren't friends yet but if I can finally hit ketosis I will probably be pretty pleased with the results.

As for pics, I'm taking weekly pics and might post them on completion. I'm not in the shape I should probably be starting this but it's my cash right? lol We will see how it goes, been a long time since I've done crap like this and I'm having fun with it which is all that matters I think.

Not sure I can explain the weight increase. Still doing keto, I did have a few more carbs than I should have yesterday adding in some milk to my bedtime caisine shake to get more calories in. I wasn't crazy hungry yesterday for some reason. Getting home from work I tested my ketones and it was in the red/moderate level but wasn't dark red so maybe I went a little overboard after that. Tonight I will stay away from the milk because this morning ketones were pink/light. Looks like the high intensity quick workouts in the morning really drain the glycose stores so hitting ketosis should be cake now if I keep my diet straight. I wouldn't be surprised if it was dark red when I get home tonight. If I would have went running last night I'm sure the carbs would have been fine but I knew I had legs today and after yesterdays new style of working out I wanted to make sure my legs were fresh for this morning. Looking back, I should have went running anyway since cardio and diet is going to make or break me this cycle. The workouts themselves are damn cardio workouts.

So, today was deadly, legs day. Couldn't breath barely at all (not sure this is the tren or me being a fat ass). I looked pretty bad all around especially with less than 30 seconds between sets and between different lifts. It's insane. I like it though, I think.

All of this was done in roughly 50 minutes, went to Gold's gym today it was definitely a lot hotter. I think the tren kicked in for the heart rate because I wanted to pass out at the end and could barely catch my breath. Legs were jell-o.

Hohohoho. Good mornings AND squats, I bet you'll be feeling that tomorrow morning! Your buddy definitely knows his routines, if that doesn't make you a man - nothing will! The weight gain could be water retention caused by the need for glycogen stores in your muscles, I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure you're taking measurements with a tape so you have an idea if you're gaining or losing. It really helps not only give you a picture of how you're doing, but helps with confidence issues when that scale either doesn't move, or moves in the wrong direction! :)

Looking great so far man, keep it going! :D

Never seen it before, it was tough but I think it helped keep my back straight more than normal. He definitely has a good routine down. Yesterday first up was those reverse bench press which I read about here, liked those a lot too. Glad I went in with the noob attitude with him. I don't give him shit and I'm to winded to give him shit anyway at this point and he's kicking my ass harder than I could do on my own. Going to try and get 500 more calories in today somewhere. Think my deficit might be to high.

Back/bis tomorrow.

Yep, front squats really help with balance too as you're constantly trying to keep the weight up on top and you don't have the luxury of having your neck/shoulders keep it there. Reverse bench is pretty good, but I save that for when I hit a plateau personally as that (for me) means my triceps haven't caught up to my chest, so I need to build them up some more. Us taller guys have to worry about that crap. :( 500 calories is easy, just eat some cashews/peanuts/walnuts/almonds. ;)

Yeah nuts are easy I eat almonds everyday could easily up that for sure. I think I am also going to add in some dry oats to my pre-workout. 23 net carbs but I think i need it not sure if that will kick me out of ketosis or screw with that much. Only 1g of sugar.

Weight is up again, ended up having pizza at my folks house last night. Roped in by my kids but I explained my goals to my parents and that won't happen again. I was going to just not eat the pizza and wait until I got home but I wouldn't have had time to prepare anything and eat before bed. I get up damn early and already struggle to get 6 hours of sleep when I want 7+ a night so I just went with it. Didn't have other options.

Pinned left quad this morning, very little pip but even if there was I wouldn't be able to tell. I'm sore everywhere right now, getting my ass kicked. Emotional sides have subsided for the most part. Fell sad every now and then but that's it. Haven't been angry since Sundays little outburst. Must have been on my period I guess. :P No night sweats more than normal. This is a crazy surprise to me because I sweat like crazy anyway. At the gym on the other hand I'm a sweaty motherfucker for sure. I am experiencing an issue with stamina thanks to the tren I assume. It's not just that I end up trying to catch my breath after these insane fast workouts but I seem to lose strength in a sense. My weight is already lower but the style of workout that's expected but I will do two sets and struggle just enough for a good burn then I'll start my third set and I can't even grip the weight. The muscles are just jell-o it happens all of a sudden. Happened once yesterday and again this morning. If I wait another 30 seconds or so then I can do the last set no problem. I am guessing I am not moving the oxygen through to the muscles quick enough when I'm out of breath? Again, these are tough as shit workouts. Nothing like I've ever done.

Bis/Back today, we did deadlifts today and good mornings yesterday. I think I am going to have to have him change that to where they are on the same day. Two days in a row and my lower back is in pain. It's a good thing and will build good muscle but my back was sore this morning before the deadlifts. He told me to just get a lifters belt which I will but two days in a row of that is a bit much I think.

I'm not questioning your trainer, but yeah - good mornings followed by deads the next day is a bit harsh. Why shrugs on back/bis day? The reason why you're petering out is probably both an anaerobic response (lack of oxygen) and your muscles aren't likely efficiently shuttling glycogen in large enough quantities to keep the energy going. This should improve over the course of the next couple weeks. I too have a similar problem as I'm gassed pretty heavily due to tren even after something like seated rows and need to take an extended break between sets to regain my stamina. I'm sure a lot of it has to do with intensity in both our cases, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. :)

I like the intensity even though I look like a complete puss breathing hard and barely pulling good weight, it's a good switch for me so its welcomed but yeah, I text him and told him no good mornings and then dead lifts next day. I can barely move my lower back its so sore. It was sore getting out of bed to go in this morning. Going to throw some icy hot on it, I hate that stuff but I need to do something...aleve too.

I also wondered about the shrugs today. Was kind of out of place but I went with it like I told him I would. Abs everyday is killer too but they oxygenate quickly and aren't really to sore the next morning. He said tomorrow is arms day which has me really nervous. Monday tris, Wednesday bis....other than forearms not sure what he meant. Unless I heard him wrong under my insane loud breathing.

Otherwise I keep packing on weight for some reason which is fine I guess if the body fat ends up going down when this is all over.

Weight is up again. Last Thursday was 203.8 now 9.5 pounds heavier 7 days later. Not sure what the deal is. Chugging along though, not going to worry about it. I am bloated more than normal and acne is getting a hair worse, one on my chest and one on my face now. Maybe I will up my stane to twice a day and see if that helps with both. Consequences of taking to much stane??

Pinned right delt today, pip more than normal but not restricting.

Shoulders today. I asked my buddy about the routine and why he throws one lift in for the next days workout it seems, like yesterday we did shrugs and today shoulders, and he said he thinks it loosens them up and gets them ready for the next day, it's only one lift. Kind of made sense I guess when he was selling it to me, he's a big dude and I'm running the same lifts as he is so I'll just roll with it for now. He pushes hard and that's all that matters right now I guess.

I know I'm an idiot for not getting blood work before my cycle. The more I research E2 and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) levels and such, I think I had either low test or high E2 before all of this started. I think I might do a blood test in another 2 or 3 weeks mid cycle to see where I'm at. Of course if my test is shut down then I guess it won't help....suggestions there would be appreciated. I definitely don't remember waking up with morning wood since high school, now I do (most days). So something had to have been up before this and I wasn't aware. Also I've always been a hair more emotional I think than most. Shit to think about I guess.
 
Props to RUI and Pinnacle....ordered my T3 and some more pins from RUI and the two vials of tren I left off my order when I originally ordered and they arrived in impressive time. Have to love companies like this. I'm going to do 50mcg of the T3 right after dinner here then I'm going to TRY and run tonight.

I'll report back if anything weird happens with the T3 but I'm sure it will be fine. Hope I lose 5lbs by morning. lol

When the workout was complete we went into the sauna and I did push-ups and crunchies in the sauna. What do you get when you put tren, push-ups, and a fat ass in a sauna? Someone who can't breathe and wants to punch their buddy. That's what you get.

Took T3 last night at 50mcg and didn't get the hot flash it seems everyone gets. This morning I took it again at 80mcg and still didn't get it. Maybe I'm somehow really retarded and I'm taking orals wrong?

I did cardio last night which was nice. First time since Sunday, I've been to beat up. Only went 1.61 miles according to my run tracker but it's better than nothing.

D'oh! This is one of the first things I normally suggest too, it's not a HUGE deal - just something you're going to have to wait a good couple months after this cycle to evaluate once your body goes back to its natural state.

Give the T3 a few days before you start to notice anything. The warm flush doesn't ALWAYS happen, but you WILL notice more sweating (buwhahaha) and your hunger should increase a bit. Keep an eye on those electrolytes though, I know I mentioned it before, but as you begin to sweat even more, you'll be experiencing more cramps if you don't keep up on them.

Haha, I bet you want to get punchy, that sounds painful being in the sauna while exerting yourself! Don't sweat the weight man, it ALWAYS goes up before it goes down. Just keep up with the measurements as those will tell you far more than the scale can. I'm even more impressed with your friend as I thought he had cycling experience given his appearance. You'll be feeling (and looking) like a new man in no time! Loving this log! :D
 
Yeah, he's completely natty, had his first state title in power lifting when he was 14 in PA so he's been doing this all his life (he's 27 now). He definitely doesn't understand AAS and thinks I'm just a big pussy. lol

The T3, I'm really looking forward to seeing that kick in. I'm wearing that arm band 24/7 and it's supposed to be within 5% correct on calories burned throughout the day based on body temp and moisture so I'm curious to see if my calories burned goes up or not with this thing. In theory it should go up significantly doing the same activities so we will see. Not sure I could sweat anymore than I do now. At the gym and running at least. Somehow I don't sweat like crazy everywhere else which I guess I should just shut my trap and be thankful.

As for the weight, I'm a numbers guy and track EVERYTHING, even when I don't eat right or whatever. I just like the charts and graphs and stupid stuff like that. I am going to somehow up my water though. I don't piss as often as I used to and now it's rarely ever clear so maybe that's why I'm retaining now. Like I said before though, I could weight 250 at the end of this and be happy if my BF % is <15%. Of course that isn't going to happen but BF % is what counts to me. I've been tracking that with my hand held daily and even though it's not accurate it's consistent and it's gone down a percent since starting but the more water you have in you the lower it will be so it's kind of a crock to even try to follow that thing.

Thanks again for the encouragement, I see a lot of people read through this log which makes doing it daily worth it but it's nice to get input too.

I did research years ago on creatine before I started taking it and did a bunch more last night because I apparently needed a refresher. I believe the mass amount of water weight is due to over dosing the creatine. I was probably close to 8-10g a day where I need to be at ~3g. I'm cutting that back today so we will see if that helps. I'm also trying to increase my water consumption which is already pretty impressive. That should help as well. I'm tired of seeing this gut in the mirror so I want to try and fix it up so I can see the results of the cycle diet for motivation.

Haven't pinned yet today but will after I shower, will pin right quad.

No workout today, carb loading today still but trying to keep it mild because I had some pizza earlier in the week. Didn't really hit major ketosis this week but was close even with the pizza. The workouts are tough as hell which is helping significantly.

T3 doses are at 50mcg in the morning and 50mcg at night. People said to ramp up but with no sides to speak of I decided to just run with it. I sure hope this tren/prop will keep my muscle mass. Definitely nervous about it but would love to lose the BF.

Switched back to prami last night. I read some threads that had me paranoid about MP's caber so I switched. Prami has been a major no go for me. I tried it just once before and I was crazy sick and pussed out after the first day. This time I'm going to try and stick with it longer and work through it if I can. Last night I took .25mcg and wasn't nauseous at all. Strange but I'll take it. Hopefully that goes well going forward.

Going to run to the store today and grab Taurine which I hope helps the annoying lower back pain I am dealing with. It's just enough to be annoying but won't prohibit workouts at this point but who knows if it will get worse. Going to try and stop it ahead of time.

No gym today but I might try and go for a run tonight, tren is a killer so it probably won't be longer than 1.5-2 miles but anything can help at this point.

Only sides I am really experiencing is tren killing my ability to breath during cardio/lifting and acne (which is REALLY annoying).

Looking good man. I'd start the taurine at 3mg x 2 and think about bumping up that Aromatase inhibitor (AI) a hair to see if it helps with the acne. I'm surprised you're not seeing anything at 100mcg of T3 yet. The prop/tren will most certainly keep the muscles safe with your diet as T3 is only slightlly catabolic, and you're on some seriously anabolic substances. Good luck with the prami, try to take it with food - that helps with me. :)

Not sure what I'm supposed to see with the T3 really. Been expecting a "hot flash" or flush or whatever but nothing so far. Going to split 50/50 morning/night and just roll with it. It's RUI so it SHOULD be solid. Might bump it higher than 100 mcg at some point if it's not causing any issues. Just worry about the catabolic factor even on tren but I worry to much. Prami last night went well actually. I was waiting for sickness but it never came. Maybe the first day was just a bad day.

I'm heading to CVS soon to get taurine and a generic acne wash of some sort. When you say bump the Aromatase inhibitor (AI), what are you thinking? Stane twice a day at 12.5mg? Prami won't help the acne right?

Thanks again for checking in. I appreciate the guidance throughout the cycle. Not seeing any real size difference but Everything I do have is as hard a s a rock so I know something working.
