Best cycle for a pitcher

Hey fella's new to the forum, been lifting since i was 15... and am now 24 at 5 10" 185lbs

Ive been at this plateu for a long time and i think im close to my genetic potential.

I was once a good pitcher, until i blew my arm out. However after 4 years of rest and training i think theres a chance my elbow can hold up now

I want to take a cycle this spring that will get me ripped up, and maybe help my arm out!

Im looking at Deca/test e, Test e with proviron, Anavar, winnie..

I have mild pubertal gyno that ide love to get rid of, so i may end up just taking a DHT deravative for 8-12 weeks instead of a cycle, havent decided yet.

Just wondering if theres any other ball players around here, and what helped them the most...
 
1st off winnie is HARD on the joints so i wouldnt even consider it if i was you.

i always reccomend test only for a 1st cycle , 400-600 mg of test eth or cyp for 10-12 weeks.
 
As Dawg said, stick with test only for your first cycle. It shouldn't be too hard on your joints either, which should interest you. I would avoid orals entirely. 500 mg per week will be plenty, you will gain a lot of muscle/strength.

If you were to cycle for 10-12 weeks on test starting today, I would suggest that in your next cycle say... 9 months from now, you might try a mild to moderate dose of deca with a dose of test. Like deca 300-400mg per week and test 400-500mg per week. I would probably run this at 14-16 weeks. Deca will actually benefit your joints, and that should be one of your primary concerns.

Since im apparently prone to gyno, should i take something like Androhard from PP, or proviron with the test e ?

I just dont want gyno to get any worse!!

I still have a bit of researching to do about all of this, its very intruiging to me. I just got done reading jose canseco's book "Juiced" it was alright.
 
^im assuming im prone to gyno, because i have pre-existing pubertal gyno that has not gone away over the years....Its nothing incredibly noticeable, but yeah, i have puffy nipples!
 
been playing ball my whole life but without specific injury info its hard to tell you what may or may not work for you...did you have tommy john surgery? let me know bro Im sure your missing the hell out of the game
 
^Whatup 4hitter, good to see another ball player around here! U are right, im really missin the game brotha.

Yes i ended up getting tommy john, not necessarilly to pursue proffessional baseball but so i could at least use my arm for work. (tree service).

I have been able to throw with no problem, feels pretty decent now.

I dont frown upon steroid use in any sports, i think people should be able to do whatever they want to their body's.
 
im also not looking to get bloated and huge from test e..

Im more so looking to get good quality lean muscle gains with minimal water retention.

I like the looks of a Test e/ Equipose or deca d cycle
 
Yeah man you know that with too much bulk your flexibility will not be that great..maybe for a dh thats fine but not for a pitcher...I listened to Dawg for my first cycle hes got a ton of knowledge i follow his threads...not all the vets on here have the same opinions so I took a suggestion and made a log of what knowledge was given to me and by whom...test only first cycle see how your body reacts....as far as playing ball again you cant go wrong with long toss and strengthening your pitching arm...take it slow though there is a reason pitchers and catchers report earlier than everyone else...it takes them longer to be ready...Im gonna follow your progress and good luck brother...oh yeah you may want to ease yourself into throwing breakin pitches as well bro they put a lot of strain on your elbow but im sure you know that bro
 
why do people think test will make them huge? CUZ IT WILL!!

If your a real athlete your gonna get jacked up quick.

diet makes you huge , steroids just speed it up.you could run a cycle of 100% legit human grade test and eat like shit and get little to ZERO gains from it.

Most people here are real athletes or are very genetically gifted in the 1st place. The reason why we lift is to exaggerate what nature has already blessed us with.

Steroids do not make you bigger. They increase protein synthesis so if you consume an extraordinary amount of protein and carbs you will get bigger. If you eat a good amount of protein and cut your carbs you will cut.
 
yeah I think mountain man knows that test alone wont improve his situation...I agree though we should keep reading and disregard what some vets say because its pretty obvious which ones are here to help newbs and which ones are here to spank them like red headed step children

yeah i take that one back I know the vets are here to help but damn man you guys are hard on newbs bro....I understand why though AAS is serious business
