sounds good just don't run the methyls at the same time. preferably you use dbol as a jumpstart upto 4-5 weeks and run the Winstrol (winny) 2 weeks before the last enan injection and upto 2 weeks past the enan. so you go straight to post cycle therapy (pct) after the last day of winny.

something like this.
1-4(5) dbol
1-12 enan
10(11)-14 winny

I'm no scientist and it could just be in my head, but test seems to be the attribute that real mass gains come from along with proper diet and training of coarse. The others seem to be variables that "fine tune" the effects test. I am a firm believer that test is the foundation of any cycle wheather it be mass or cutting.

Well, I was a bit discouraged from Test, but upon further inspection, I think I just need a better, more reliable source.

One time I tried 300mg of an underground co. Nothing. Probably too small a dose or maybe bunk shit.

Another time I tried 400 (then subsequently 800) of Eastern European Test with two friends also running the same stuff. No one saw any gains.

I think it's possible to have just received fake, underdosed, etc. shit. I will look for a reputable name, prob QV and go with that.

What are the dosages you'd recommend so I know what to seek out?

If you want weight though it comes down to food, there is no escaping that. I count my calories at every meal, tally it up at the end of the day, and average it out over the week and look at weight gained or lost during that time.

I get emails sometimes from people complaining about various sources or brands because their gear "doesn't work." Thats bullshit, if you dont eat you wont gain. Not enough people count calories.

HOW TRUE! i learned this the hard way after a couple of wasted cycles.
 
If you aren't gaining weight, which you should be able to do even naturally, it means you must up your calories.

I would try test / tren. Killer combo. Keep tren dosage low (37.5mg-50mg ED) else sides can get pretty bad.

Surely even if you have not noticed mega weight gains during your previous cycles, you should have noticed great composition changes within your physique.

try 750mg sustanon once weekly and dbol 25mg ed 300mg of protein ed only 1/3 coming from shakes bars the rest from fish chicken beef.

Yeah, but you'd also think I would have experienced at least one side effect, which didn't happen.

I just need to buckle down, and when the time is right and I have the whole thing planned and perfected, I'll let you guys know how it turned out.

I think I will skip Tren for now - sounds pretty harsh if not used exactly as intended. It also sounds like it may cause an overtly dramatic change in physique, which I'm not too keen on.

So how much enan should I do? I was thinking 500/wk, like some have said. I don't know how much, how often, etc to use of DBol or Winny.

If someone could clue me in to a decent regimen, it would be much appreciated.
