Thanks guys! I'm gonna keep hitting it hard as I can! I do feel unstoppable! I love the extra weight! Dose anyone have any thoughts for my second cycle? I'm trying to gather my gear up now... Cz is from the Czech republic. Good luck researching it, there's nothing online about it as far as I know!

i know that water weight is TEMPORARY but that bloat allows you to lift heavier and heavier , this promotes PERMENANT lean mass and strength gains.
imo only use enough anti estrogens to keep gyno and blood pressure in control , let the steroids do their job.

Like dog said...water weight has it s place in this..too many people are quick to freak when bloating..but all that water is full of nutirients, essential elements, electrolytes and to possibly lower aas s sbility to make muscle cuz your a bit bloated is dumb. They thrive with calories and a lean bulker is really..not gonna happen unless your a fatty...i m o.

I'm eating 6 meals a day. First three are protien/carbs and the last three are protien/veggies. Plus a high calorie shake around lunch and a protien shake right after my work outs. I also drink about 1gal to 1.5gal of water a everyday. Also a 1 a day vitamin. My calorie intake is between 4000 and 5000 a day. I'm gaining weight very propotionaly all over my body. I'm loving it!!!!
