I can eat, just not stuff my face every meal. And all my meals are cold, really hate that, but i'm getting used to it. I'll try to figure out what I want to do in the next couple days and start to implement it.

Still feeling leaner, and hearing some comments from guys at the gym. One guy told me I don't look like a swollen marshmellow anymore, so that was nice. haha.

Worked up to 225 for reps. This isn't too heavy, but I wanted to save some strength for flat.

Stupid me can't even remember the weight on this, I was two pegs away from teh stack... but I did that for 3 sets with 8 reps

Back was PUMPED today, felt really really good.

I'm eating very clean again, most likely will start dropping some lbs in the future hear with all the cardio I do.
 
Legs tonight.

Worked out with another guy, pushed him to the max.

He walked out of the gym looking like a newborn deer. Was hilarious.
 
Day 65: Weight: ??

I did hit shoulders and arms last week, but after working 11 hour days both days my workouts were nothing special. I'll be back at it tomorrow.

My strength is really getting up there, and had a guy in the gym today tell me this is the biggest and leanest he has ever seen me, that made me feel good. I'm starting to get abs again finally.
 
It`s good to heard from other ppl about changes on you that means improvements have being seing by others.

Cabergoline - .5mg e3d
HCG - 500iu E5D

not taking letro, not taking adex. No reason to run 3 AI's.
