Big time summer bulk

I've been at this weight for a while now! I ballooned up when I was on dbol, and since i've been off, I dropped a lot of water, and have been replacing with muscle. I'm looking better, and much much less bloated.

Sorry for no updates for a while... been busy as hell with the new job, and I know i'm dropping lots of weight, I'm way leaner now due to being on my feet 8+ hours a day, and moving cases/kegs of beer all day long. I sweat constantly at work, and try to eat as much as possible, but it's just hard, a typical day eating now kinda looks like this:

Homemade weight gainer shake

2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches

1 can of tuna on pita bread

2 chicken breasts

4 cups of rice

I'm simply not getting enough calories, and I even pack more with me, but lots of the time, I don't have time to go out to my car and eat food. It sucks... looks like my 'big time summer bulk' might get turned into getting cut up for summer.

I'll step on the scale tonight, and see how much i've lost. I just hope i'm still over 240lbs.
 
Day 53: Weight 242

So I was right, i have lost weight. I'm not upset though, I am looking much better, and getting more compliments from the GF about being lean and having better abs.

Today's workout was:

Chest

Incline BB
Final was 245 x 7

Flat BB
Final was 315 x 6

DB Pull Over
Final was 80 x 8

Pec Dec
130 x 12 x 7 sets

tricep rope push down
few sets

Being a couple pounds lighter really made pull ups feel a lot better!

Day 59: weight 245

Well my weight is slowly climbing again. I really think this is all LBM. Still looking lean and feeling great.

Last friday I went to the gym an did a light shoulder, and light arm workout. Pump was good, workout was good. Strength was up.

Damn this is a long cycle, not even half way through yet! And since starting my new job and not really being able to eat for a bulk, I'm thinking about just trying to lean out, and sorta re-comp my body. Get lean, and shredded.... We'll see.

If you can't get in the meals a recomp is out hell recomp you eat more than a bulk just much cleaner LOL You could cut the rest and shred up like crazy!
