Big time summer bulk

All you gotta do is scan the barcode shit OR search for it and it stores all the calories, carbs, proteins, etc. info for you. Doesn't take no time. I do it while I'm eating the food.

And it remembers what you've put in...and if you eat it again...then just copy it to the current day.

Not bad, i've been loggin so far today. Real easy to use.

My diet is usually always fairly good. I have no problem eating the basic 40oz chicken, and 8 cups of rice per day. I always throw in some extras. So far today (i'm on the west coast) i've had 24oz of chicken, 4 cups rice, two flour tortillas, cup of shredded cheese, and a protein shake.

Wow...8 cups of rice?? What is your maintenance level on calories?

About 2700 a day I believe for me to hold my size. I'm trying to gain right now, so I'm trying to do at least 400grams protein and 400 grams of carbs.

1 cup of long gran brown rice is 45 grams of carbs. 8 cups isn't too crazy.

I'm not gonna bash u but I am goin to say if u know what u doin good if not 3j is the guru on diet.

So i've heard. I believe I know what I'm doing. I do have a cousin who has won multiple shows in bodybuilding, I may go to him if I think my diet isn't in top shape.

I worked chest tonight. Here was my workout.

Incline BB
Flat BB
Flat DB Fly
DB Pullover
cable fly

def tap into the exp your cousin has.. it will save you alot of trouble that some of us had to go through to learn the hard way!

Had protein from a few different sources today. You guys got me thinking, and i'll do my best to mix up my diet a bit.

I had eggs, buffalo and chicken. I think these 3 will be the easiest for me to eat. (my old man has a freezer full of buffalo and I rob him blind all the time!)

Georgia, that app is damn easy to use... tracking my food is super easy, eating quite a bit.

Workout today was back.

Widegrip Pull Up
Lat Pull Down
Bent Over Row
Deadlift
Tbar Row
Closegrip Pulldown

Weight was 226 at the gym tonight.

Looking to start my cycle on March 12th at the latest.

I told you dude. NO excuse not to gain weight if you're eating over your maintenance.

Not saying you specifically. Just anyone who runs this app. Whether it's to lose or gain tracking calories has never been easier. I love it!

Legs tonight:

Squat (olympic style)
Hack Squat
Leg Press
Extensions
STDL
Leg Curl
Calf Raise

DEATH

Shoulders:

Seated overhead press on smith machine
Seated side lateral raise with DB
reverse pec dec
upright row
cable side lateral
BB shrug
DB shrug

What's your routine? (Ex: 5x5, pyramid, throw weights around like a monkey)

:D

I'd say the monkey routine.

I've tried most all routines, and i've found that the old school 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps works best for me. My body is the most responsive that way, and I get the most gains.

Day 1.

I started my cycle today.

Workout today was arms.

BB Curl
Isolated DB Curl
Preacher machine curl
DB Hammer Curl
Rope push down
Close Grip Bench
Skull Crusher
Straight Bar Push Down
Forearm curl with BB

Following along. This should be pretty interesting. Good luck.

Thanks brother!

Day 2.

I usually take weekends off from the gym. Spend time with my dogs, doing work around the house or other crap.

I did buy a blender today, blended up a gnarly shake.

Milk, oats, peanut butter, protein, banana. I got full as hell after. Wanted to nap on the couch.
