btw, I am not a bodybuilder. I do not try to be, or claim to be. I've competed in strongman and powerlifting comps, my only real goal is just to get larger and stronger. I want to compete in highland games this summer and I will start training for that when the weather is a bit nicer.
(I plan on building an area on my property to do some training)

Really? I find when I have a belly I am the strongest BY FAR. When I went from 240 down to 215 my strength went right in the toilet. But, I do like the way I look lean much more. With this cycle I'm just hoping to see my strength around where it was before.
I eat about 400 grams of protein a day, and have been hitting about 400 grams of carbs a day as well. I think that's pretty damn good.
Day 5: Weight: 230
Ate mom's home cooked dinner tonight before the gym so I think I had some extra weight in my stomach.

I really attribute it to my mom forcing food down my throat. I go over to her house once every other week or so for dinner. She made pasta with shrimp and crab... was awesome. I had two plates and she looked at me like "why did you stop eating?" so I stuffed my face more.
Pumps have been amazing already from the dbol.
I'm shooting twice a week, and my shots are 3ML each, hurts my quads for a couple days after, so todays leg workout will be interesting.
3ml ouch! I have never tried Dbol may put some into my next cycle and do an all out bulk! Did I say 3ml ouch yet?? damn
I'd say the monkey routine.
I've tried most all routines, and i've found that the old school 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps works best for me. My body is the most responsive that way, and I get the most gains.
