Big time summer bulk

Hey did you ever get help with your diet? 3j is right diet makes all the difference in the world man. I do not personally use him but he knows his shit from what i have read. Looking good in the gym man that is some work being put in!

btw, I am not a bodybuilder. I do not try to be, or claim to be. I've competed in strongman and powerlifting comps, my only real goal is just to get larger and stronger. I want to compete in highland games this summer and I will start training for that when the weather is a bit nicer.

(I plan on building an area on my property to do some training)

Hey man not saying anything bad just stating about diet! I also do powerlifting not bodybuilding. My next meet is in April! I still like to try to keep fat down as much as possible and get strong as I possibly can!

Really? I find when I have a belly I am the strongest BY FAR. When I went from 240 down to 215 my strength went right in the toilet. But, I do like the way I look lean much more. With this cycle I'm just hoping to see my strength around where it was before.

I eat about 400 grams of protein a day, and have been hitting about 400 grams of carbs a day as well. I think that's pretty damn good.

Holy crap! That is a shit ton of both! You will def get huge eating that much! I lift better lean and conditioned, guess I am not normal LOL
 
Day 4: Weight: 228

Dbol is starting to kick in. Had great pumps in the gym today.

I'll write out some numbers, these are just my final sets. if people want me to write out some full workouts I can easily do that as well.

I also did 10 min of hard cardio, leg raises and ab machine. Felt good even though I've been a little sick.

Ate mom's home cooked dinner tonight before the gym so I think I had some extra weight in my stomach.

I really attribute it to my mom forcing food down my throat. I go over to her house once every other week or so for dinner. She made pasta with shrimp and crab... was awesome. I had two plates and she looked at me like "why did you stop eating?" so I stuffed my face more.

Pumps have been amazing already from the dbol.

I'm shooting twice a week, and my shots are 3ML each, hurts my quads for a couple days after, so todays leg workout will be interesting.
 
Day 6:

Legs today: Left leg was in some pain after first shot in it. Right leg seemed to take it better.

3ml ouch! I have never tried Dbol may put some into my next cycle and do an all out bulk! Did I say 3ml ouch yet?? damn

I'd totally reccomend it as long as you don't mind water weight. It gives nice gains and amazing pumps after a few days and really kick starts the cycle.

After a couple leg movements my quads were feeling great. I'll be shooting my right quad today.
 
Day 7: Weight: 232

Great pumps, good vascularity, starting to look a tad bloated. Don't care. I enjoy being a big fatty.

Today was a good one, worked a little bit, then played with the dogs for a few hours. We had some decent weather so it was good to get outside. Walked around the property and drove the Gator around, gotta get my dogs back into shape after a long winter break.

Headed to a BBQ now to chow down on some buffalo burgers. I think i'm eating way too much food. I'm gaining weight QUICK.
 
Day 8: Unknown weight. About to leave to the gym and then gone to the beach.

GF and I are headed to the coast for the weekend. I'm bringing food, but def plan on going out to dinner both nights. I do plan on doing some beach running, and if I can ignore my testicles I'll try to get in the ocean. My Yellow Lab and Rottweiler love playing on the beach so I'm sure it will be a good time.

I'd say the monkey routine.

I've tried most all routines, and i've found that the old school 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps works best for me. My body is the most responsive that way, and I get the most gains.


I agree but I keep it 6-8 reps 3 sets. I don't like to do more than 4 exercise for each body part. Great log

Thanks! I am sure my gains are all water right now, but I will try to get some pictures next week sometime.

Having a good time at the beach, but my girl got sick... most likely will get me sick now not so pumped about that.

My Rottweiler is still faster than me. I've wanted to beat her in a race for a while now, but she cruises on the beach! Plus I feel like a gorilla trying to sprint after her.
