Bizarre moneygram issue

I sent payment to a sponsor 9 days ago for domestic service.Well 8 days later I get an e-mail stating there is a problem and they can't pick up money.I contact MG and they say money was picked up on 5-5-10.Sponsor insists they didnt pick up money even though MG said he did and MG obviously wont give money back.I checked everything about 20 times and there are no errors on my end.

Wow I was expecting my stuff within a week and it took 8 days just to contact me about the alleged problem. Do I do now.I hope he sends what I paid for.

I'm almost out of EQ so I already went with another domestic source that has a 3-5 day turnaround so I'm not stuck mid cycle.

Homebrewing or testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is looking better and better too me.

Doesn't sound like a MG issue to me, sounds like a supplier issue. If MG says it was picked up, then it was only picked up by the person showing ID with the name that you sent it to, end of story IMO. I would continue to reason with that supplier maybe you can get the ear of a rep for them.

when you send money, it goes to one person's name..that one person had to prove his identity with a photo ID and then pick it up..If the moneygram says its been received by the recipient, then it has..they have no reason to lie. Money received. You can't hunt the guy down, so if he's not going to honor the sale and denies picking up your money, there's not much you can do but warn others. and even then, the guy will just change his ID and email. sorry if this is true. I hate being stolen from.

the bad thing it's a sponser on here, so maybe its a paperwork issue. It could have gone towards a different order number. I'm sure they will fix the situation. What else could it be, the mg office took it and claimed he picked it up?

Have you emailed the sponsor with the money gram control number? The tracing number. Do that and get him to check it out. Stuff like this shouldn't be happening.

There is nothing I can do at this point except hope the sponsor sends what I paid for.

I'm not pissed yet and still have faith in him.I know mistakes can happen.

I've done everything asked of me today and he still says they didnt pick it up.Ive re-sent all info a minimum of 5 times.Everything matches perfectly with the info I was sent.

Stonecold I may need your help and would appreciate it.I'll see what he does by noon tomorrow and will go from there.

I think the issue I have is the vendor.And you use them too according to your posts.

I wouldn't be concerned about MG part of the deal.......

I've contacted NTO and hope he can do some arm twisting for me.

I have never had a problem with money gram or WU..the only roadbumps I have experience is when there is a misspelled name--basically a typo so the info didn't match the ID.
If MoneyGram says they claimed the money..its been picked up. They have no incentive to lie and I am sure they take their documentation quite seriously. Its good you have mods on here that will mediate for you. I would think he would have to make things right...we will hope so...
