so when I went to pay for my blood test stuff online there was a little disclaimer that said "refrain from ejaculating for 24 hours before your test." I'd never seen that before.

It made me laugh. I'm on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for crying out loud. I lay down suppressive fire on a daily basis with my "gun"

Any idea if this will skew the results?

thats just for the prostate check (PSA). If you cum the night before it can give you falsely elevated PSA levels.
