Blood tests in New York state

Anyone have any info on getting blood work done in NY? I can't go to my urologist because he'll take me off trt for sure. I can't ask my primary because she tells me to ask my urologist. Legislation made it illegal to order tests online. Am I just fucked or is there a workaround? I've had people to tell me to go out of state but I'm 2 hours from the closest state. You can't fart in NY without starting a petition first and collecting 1000 signatures.

This would be for blasting. He wouldn't want to keep prescribing if I was "abusing" aas. Sorry, I planned to put that in my original post but completely forgot to.

They don't work for people in NY. Pretty much the northeast is SOL when it comes to ordering tests online.
