Guys,
I am currently doing 45 mins on the bike tues and 45 mins on the crosstrainer on a weds but i now have the oppourtunity to do an hour session of pad work with a boxing trainer - would you say this is a better form of cardio for burning fat and keeping muscle then the bike or cross trainer??
