busy life...need help..split

hey guyz~
angrymuscles here~
been a very long time since I last dropped by here~
been busy~
anyways, work has been a hindrance to my workout scheds due to the long hours and distance~

Now, I work 10am-6pm and the distance from their to the gym is very far.
I tried working it out during weekdays, but always ended up more fatiqued and fucked up.

I only have sat and sun as my free day.

please help

2 day split.

back, legs and bi's day 1
chest, shoulders tris day 2

theyll be some brutal workouts, esp day 1.
 
There are plenty of things to do in your room. Squats, lunges, pushups, abs, calves, glutes, hams, abductors, adductors, lateral raises, etc.

You'd run it however you want to. There is no certain way you run an 2, 3, 4, or whatever, day split. The split means that you train your muscle groups in that many number of sessions/days.
 
Find a closer gym? Your life doesnt look that busy and its more about how bad you want it. If you havent hit the gym in a while prepare to be fucked up and fatigued for a few weeks.
 
well, I hit the gym sat and sun as PG instructed. There is a closer gym but it's not as good as my recent gym. It's more of a aero gym T_T
and yes, I did get fucked up yesterday
back/legs and to tell ya the truth, I grew strong in squatting and got my legs so fucked up. I feel more stronger and less fatigued with this weekend workout. maybe this IS something for me.
