was asked to put up a update of the cycle, of what gains were, and what not of dbol. Winstrol (winny) and test. cut the cycle short a few days, was a clumsy fucking idiot leaving my gear in my bag in my cars trunk. it broke an got all over. not much, but still not happy.
Gains
Curls: Start 80lbs bar/dumbbells End: 130lbs bar/dumbbells
Butterflys: Start: 30lbs each arm End: 50lbs each arm
Pull Overs: Start: 30lb dumbbell End: 60lb dumbbell
Bench: Start & End: 250lbs. shoulder injury/flare up stopped progress.
Weight: Start: 176lbs End: 202lbs. started PCT
the only way ill beleave you can bench 250lbs is if you post a video, prove me wrong!
