Can a routine like this actually work?

First off, I want that tank top/shorts combo my best friend is getting married in a few months and I could wear it to his wedding.
Second, my situation is I'm a fireman and a paramedic so I only get about two days a week off and they're back to back and they're never on the weekend. I really only get two days a week in the gym and I was wondering if that would be enough to actually get a decent workout.
Third, I did rip that routine off the AI.
