Can adjustments to Trt protocol be done off of just trough Bw?

Been doing 100mg test c e7d for about 2 months and am going for blood work on thursday for a trough reading before my next shot. Should I get bw done on Friday for a peak reading after bw draw then shot on thursday? Or is the trough reading sufficient?

it's nice to get an idea of your peak AND trough levels. at a once a week injection schedule you're likely to have a wide range between peak and trough numbers. you want to make sure your numbers are in check on both ends.

i would worry about the levels 7 days out more than peak.. the next time you do it (do it on your own) and take bloodwork 48 hours after injection.. that way you can know both.. but the more important one is the one you take the morning of your next shot

When I was doing once a week injections of 200mg and no AI, I had pretty big swings. I don't remember my exact numbers, but my peak was something like TT of 1100 And E2 around 100. At my trough, my TT was about 350 and my E2 was something like 30. That's a big swing in a 7 day period. Definitely check both reference points.

Two days after you inject should be around your peak.

Will 4 days be good enough? The lab in my town not open on weekends.

I don't want to waste money if 4 days isn't ok

Get the trough on the day you inject prior to doing said injection if possible. Or as close to that as possible.

Do peak about 48 hours after injecting.

Try to keep to your regular injection schedule as much as possible. I will let you figure out how that maps to which days of the week.

I got you.

With my injection day of thurstay it will be impossible to get peak at the 48 hour mark being that will be on the weekend.

If I do the trough this week on Thursday from your experience will it mess me up to much if I wait till Monday to inject then get peak on wendsday? Will this be a accurate peak?

Basically switching my injection day.

Just inject Thursday morning and go in for blood work on Friday as late in the day as possible.
