Can one maintain cardio while bulking?

Based on the help you all gave, here is what I've decided. Right now, I have about 5 months to really get my cardio in top shape, as well as lean up just a tiny bit. I'm going to run Test E and Anavar, and eat maybe 10% over maint. calories. Should be a nice clean bulk, and give me a real lean look. And not put on too much weight.
 
A lot of grunts use juice. Just keep running while on cycle and you won't have a problem. You are not the first guy in the military to use steroids.

Get some taurine for that var. You could end up with some wicked calf and/or lower back pumps (as in wicked painful). ~3g taurine/day should fix that. Good luck, have fun.
 
Ha, not the first or last. Just be smart about it, which it sounds like you are. A lot of fighters put together cycles that should look similar to a soldiers. Needs are the same i.e. cardio endurance, muscular endurance, not a lot of excess weight. I would avoid anything that causes crazy pumps too. Like Tren and even some people have trouble running with Dbol. Just keep researching and asking questions. Good luck.
