As some around here know, I have fought gyno for a while. Real gyno - formed pre-TRT - large masses that were just removed from my left pec. The right was left as is, which means the gland wasn't removed. Anyway, my other struggle is I have had low estrogen, under 20 on the sensitive Labcorp test, since starting TRT. Even with a TT of 1200, my estrogen was under 20.
Recently, in an attempt to get estrogen it up, I changed my injection frequency from EOD to E3.5D. At the same time, I also increased my weekly dose from about 100-120 to 140-150. Within a week or two of doing it, my right nip, which has always been flat, puffed a bit and got extra sensitive. As a gyno expert, I freaked out and got my adex and Nolva ready. I had a few days before my labs, so I waited on taking the adex and Nolva.
Just got the results of my draw, taken during the period of puffy evil nipple, which shows my TT as 996 and E as 19 (3-70). Obviously, my E isn't high, and not even in the sweet spot.
So - what the hell caused the puff? My last TT reading a few weeks back was like 750. Could the rapid jump from 700ish TT to 1000 cause the puff? Anyone else get a puff of additional sensitivity just from changes despite E staying in check?
EDIT - One other change that might be relevant - I also added 50mg pregnenolone tablets about a week before the puff party because I don't use HCG. I've heard in large doses this can cause issues - but I find it hard to believe since most reading I have done says the tablets are barely even effective.
Thanks,
Jim
