I have been doing AM cardio (stationary bike) on an empty stomach as a part of a bulking cycle every other day for 30 minutes. This is my problem...
I am a college student and living that lifestyle generally means later nights than "typical" working people. Generally I wake up at about 10am and I am busy until 5pm, I train from ~6pm to 7:30pm and am in bed at about 1am.
I was wondering if there was any other time that I could do cardio that would be any where near as beneficial as AM cardio. I don't mind waking up an hour earlier and doing the 30 minutes of cardio followed by shower, etc... but I would like to find a place that would better fit my schedule.
The main issues I have are:
A. As hard as I try to go to bed earlier, it seems to never work and waking up earlier cuts into my sleep.
B. Doing AM cardio ends up taking a full hour out of the morning. This is a problem because generally I shower at night before bed and wake up in the morning ready to go.
I was thinking about doing the EOD cardio at ~10pm, after I have my PWO shake and meal...
