Hey all I was looking for some feed back on this chest pain issue.

I'm doing a 12 week 500mg test cyp cycle
I'm into my 4th shot (2nd week)
Starting adex third week

The past couple days I have been having chest palpitations and minor chest pain. I have searched and found numerous reasons why and ways to cure the problem.

I have out on at least 7 pounds in the past 2 weeks.

What is the reason for the pain?
I have heard high estrogen levels and bloating?
Should the adex take care of this problem?

Today I just started taking fish oil vitamin e and magnisium.

Chest pain are the most hardest to diagnose since there is so much that needs to be looked at, such as frequency, severity, location, and many other factors. Where do you feel it, right or left side? Also, is there a specific time when you feel the pain?

I feel the heart palpatation on the left side and random dull pain on the right. Not sure about a specific time it's been about two. Heart rate is around 75-80 per minute they used to be in the 60s. I wanna say its estrogen related because as I am typing this my nipples feel like someone grazed my left nipple w icy hot lol.

Also the vitamins and minerals seemed to help it out . The frequency is almost to none as I took those supplements 5 hours ago.

2 days *

I wanna say its related to bloating because I am always thirsty and put on 7 pounds in 2 weeks and I do feel bloated.

Alright this seems to call for an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) right away. Always remember, an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is to be used as soon as you experience any effects of high estrogen. I would dose on 0.5mg of adex EOD. And just to be on the safe side, order some letro.

And for the chest discomfort, it seems to me that you're experiencing tachycardia which is when you have momentarily exceeded heart rate. This is often a result of low blood pressure. When we have a lower blood pressure, the heart starts beating faster in order to balance our blood flow. So you were right about adding fish oil to your diet as it helps ease blood pressure.

Here's something I would recommend for the time being. Its an exercise called vagal maneuvers. In this, whenever you experience an episode of increased heart beat, you would perform different maneuvers such as coughing, clenching as if you're having a bowel movement or placing something cold like an ice bag on your face.

Hopefully this calms your pace, and let me know if all this gets any better after adex. Once again, order letro just in case.

Make sure u take ur Aromatase inhibitor (AI) but no one here is a dr so if this still becomes a problem let ur doc know about ur "chest pain" only

Man you guys are more brave then I am. With chest pain I am going to the doctor for a check up. That is not something to play with!

My Bp was 142 over 89 with a irregular heart beat. I am getting my a dex in the mail tomorrow. Question is and I know I make he final decision is should I go to the doctor and get blood pressure medication when the adex might take care of this?

LOL actually Sib IS a doctor!

Yeah but seriously if the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) don't knock it out right away don't be scared to see a doc.

120 over 80 is great, it's the optimal reading. Continue with fish oil in your diet, it aids a lot for blood pressure. And for your nipple irritation, get on Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Best of luck, I'll keep checking up on you.

Sure? didn't sound like a MD response to me. You cant diagnose a person via internet posts. To me an MD would recommend, go see an MD. There could be a number of causes the chest pains.

OP... go see your doctor if this continues.

I am.. Chest pain went away but I feel heart palpitations every now and then. If it doesn't get progressively better especially after I take the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) I am going .

Any shortness of breath? My friend went into A-Fib while lifting and waited 2 days to check in hospital, he had to have his heart stopped and reset. If you not feeling good, go to local ER, better safe than sorry.

You take any stimulants ie caffiene, energy drinks ECA?

Quick question, since you are on Test, shouldn't you also be considering your diet? fish oils are a good omega fat, but if you are consuming too much sodium in your food this can also cause high blood pressure and tachycardia. No matter how you look at it, chest pain is NEVER good on any front...hope this helps good luck!

fish oil comes in 2 pills, omega 3-6 and omega 3-6-9. The 3-6-9 is the one with lower sodium levels. However generally fish oil has docohexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid. these two drastically lower blood triglyceride levels. And triglyceride is the fat that tends to clog up your blood vessels causing blood pressure problems.
